The Troon North Golf Villa Community is breathtaking! Residents, golfers,and visitors are very friendly and the area is very peaceful. Many people walk the area alone or with their pets. The Troon North community offers tennis courts, basketball courts and a picnic area just blocks away, and as a visitor, you have private access ( keys provided). Also on the premises, in a beautiful setting, you can walk to the Troon North Golf Club Dynamite Grille restaurant. At dusk you may spot a bobcat on the boulders or hear the coyotes, and at dawn you will see the birds feeding near the golfcourse or you may catch a gila monster off the terrace. Just a few miles away is Pinnacle peak hiking, upscale shopping, grocery shopping, theaters, world renown resorts, restaurants, hospitals, churches, fitness clubs, and more. Access to your own 2 underground garage parking spaces provided, as well as access to all of the gated community and pool/spa area.

My stay at this villa was a dream. The lush furnishings and attention to detail that the owners put into the villa really show. I felt completely relaxed here as the wonderful outdoor patio/balcony has stunning golf course views, the surrounding boulders, mountains, and desert are breathtaking. The location is great, you feel a million miles away from the city, but within a few minutes you have access to several restaurants, world class shopping, freeways, and hiking. I hiked Pinnacle Peak which was great and only a mile or so away. Next to Pinnacle Peak, there is a Four Seasons Resort, which was a great for an evening cocktail. This villa was the perfect relaxing getaway; I hope to stay here each time I return to Scottsdale.

Our stay at Joe & JoMarie's vacation villa was a perfect choice! The owners certainly go out of their way if you have special needs.
The home is immaculate, beautiful, roomy, and comfortable. Enjoyed watching the golfers play from the patios,(though we do not golf), and
loved the people (many tourists) in the community and surrounding areas. Many things to do in Scottsdale - we never sat for more than a day... shopping was fun and the restaurants were very good as well. We will be back!
