History of the Colonnade Inn
The Colonnade Inn was built around 1883 as a summer hotel in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. The Hotel was one of many that served the throngs of summer visitors from Philadelphia who flocked to Sea Isle City every summer to escape the heat of the city.
The Colonnade Inn Today
The Colonnade Inn is an old Victorian style building that is located 1 block from the beach and boardwalk in Sea Isle City, NJ. The exterior of the hotel features a large wrap around porch which is perfect for sitting, reading or just enjoying the wonderful ocean breeze.

Located 1 block from the beach on the corner of 46th St and Landis Ave
The Colonnade Inn provides convenient access to the beach and restaurants. Parking is provided for the larger units on site but 2 D does not have on site parking. Parking on 46th ST is free in season, Landis Ave has parking meters in season. I usually pull into the parking lot to drop off my suitcase and then find a spot to park my car.

Left on 12/08/2011 for a stay in November 2011
The old house is beautiful until you get upstairs. The place is also haunted. Too bad no one tells you about this until your "guest" makes its presence known. Also, housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. I don't ever plan on staying here again!
