This home exceeded our expecations. Excellent location - approximately 40 yards from the beach. Also, convenient/quick access within Sea Pines to both South Beach and Harbor Town. Easily handled our family of six (2 adults and 4 children ages 15, 13, 8 and 5). Very well appointed - the house has everything you need. The outside pool is plenty spacious and remains in full sight from the porch (important when trying to keep an eye on younger kids who are swimming on their own). We loved the locatoin and look forward to returning!

We stayed at #36 Turtle Lane this august and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were great (both comfortable and attractive) and other than a couple of lights being without bulbs it was well taken care of. One thing I would do if I were the owner is to put up some curtains or room darkening roman shades, etc. - the exterior common area lights still come through the blinds/shutters and make it difficult to sleep. The location can't be beaten.
We had one item that broke on the 3rd day and the response from the rental group was immediate. One of the best, most cordial gruops I've ever spoken with. Would use them again.

We have stayed at various villas at Turtle Lane Club for the past 4 or 5 years. This townhouse is just steps away from the pool and beach.
The layout of the home was good and we didn't have to be so quiet for the grandchildren as the bedrooms are all on the upper floors. Having access to the garage was also nice and helped with storing beach items as well as packing and unpacking the cars.
We locked ourselves out one time on Sunday around 5 or 6 p.m. The people from Destination Vacation came to our rescue quickly and dropped off another spare key. We would definitely stay here again.

we liked the decor, the proximity of the beach and pool. There were plenty of plates, wine glasses, plastic glasses, serving dishes.
we will definitely rent this unit again if we are lucky enough to get our kids all together again.
