This secluded home is an ideal base for trips to historic Savannah, GA; Beaufort, SC; and Charleston, SC. Abundant shopping on and off the island. Or do nothing and relax on the screened-in porch and watch the wildlife around the adjacent lagoon and the golfers on the Harbour Town Links golf course (another form of local wildlife).

Sea Pines is a gated, private community on Hilton Head Island. Home to Harbour Town marina & shops, South Beach Village, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, four golf courses, and miles of wide sandy beaches. An extensive network of bike trails connects to all major points.
This home is in the middle of Sea Pines, yet feels isolated. The Harbour Town Links 11th fairway is in back, a lagoon on one side, and an undeveloped lot in front. Huge moss-draped live oaks soar overhead; pine trees, palmettos, azaleas, and other plantings shield the house from the world outside.
