Everything that went into planning our vacation and stay went perfectly as planned. The villa at 43 Lighthouse was just as described. Cant think of a thing that I would have changed. Scott was great. He responded to all email inquiries very quickly, and had us setup in no time. No complaints here, except that I wsh we could have stayed longer. Also, not having to worry about keys was fantastic. We all loved that aspect. Overall, I would recommend these villas to anyone I knew that was planning a trip to HH. Thanks again for everything!

Hello,
My husband and I had the most wonderful week in the villa at 43 Lighthouse Road. It was so comfortably furnished with everything we needed already thought of. I especially liked the unit because it wasn't overdone...attractive but not over the top so we felt we could really relax and settle in. On top of all that the bikes were in good shape and ready to go...I only hope we can return next year.

Seapines #43 quickly became our home away from home. Everything we needed for an enjoyable week near the ocean was at our fingertips. The villa was clean, cozy and cheerful. I loved listening to the island critter scamper across the roof in the evenings. From the bikes to the outdoor grill, we loved it all. We rode the bikes everywhere, every day. Sampled several of the local restaurants, tested the grill with our purchase of fresh seafood from a roadside vendor and visited the Island Winery on a rainy afternoon, what a lovely afternoon it was, too. I look forward to returning. The only negative was the refrigerator. It wasn't working properly when we arrived, really needs to be replaced. Good thing my brother is in the commercial heating and cooling business. A coil cleaning and a minor adjustment, did the trick.

My husband and I stayed at 43 Lighthouse for the first time in May. From the moment we arrived, it was very obvious that this rental was well cared for and absolutely immaculate. This was very important to us because we had a bad experience with a different rental property the previous year (not from this renter). The house had everything that we needed from towels to dishes. The description really doesn't do it justice and there are a lot more ammenities than what is listed. We chose this house because we could bring our puppy with us and although the rental is pet-friendly, you would never know that pets had stayed there. This is how I keep my home and I appreciate that the property (and other renters) keep it the same way. The outside is well lit at night and there is a nice patch of grass right out front for your pets - most properties in Sea Pines don't have this. Instead, they have leaves/needles and you have to watch for snakes that hide in it. Another thing that we noticed was that there were far fewer bugs and spiders than we had seen in previous rentals. In Sea Pines, you are going to get bugs because it is so woodsy, but if the property is treated regularly, there are much fewer of them. The only thing that I would change would be to have a second couch in the living room instead of the chairs. We usually stay home and watch movies at night and we were a little smushed on the one couch. As for Hilton Head itself, well, we love it. We've been coming for 8 years and it has become our home away from home. The Sea Pines beach club is walking distance from the property if you don't have a lot of stuff to carry (10 minute walk). The restaurants are amazing, but you could also easily cook a meal in the kitchen if you decided to eat in. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, especially my friends who are like us and don't want to kennel their pets. We are hoping to return again next year.

We enjoyed the villa very much! It was very quiet and relaxing. Loved the bikes! The screened it porch was very nice to relax in. This is the 2nd time we have rented from Scott. I would and will come back again. Next time I hope was can stay longer.
My mini schnauzer loved watching the squirrels. -

This is the 2nd year in a row that we've stayed at 43 Lighthouse. The location is perfect for beachgoing, golfing, bike riding and convenient to South Beach and Harbor Town. The condo is clean, and nicely furnished. I can't think of a single thing that I'd recommend to improve it. We'll definitely rent this unit again.

We have stayed in many units in this complex and like all the others it was very nice. It has been renovated and the space is perfect. A larger master bath space made my wife very happy. A good location away from the road and overlookng the golf course. It is a bit further from the beach but still very walkable. I would definitely recommend to others

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The place was great. Made it feel like home. It was very comfortable and the bike ride to the beach was great. We felt very safe, let the kids go back and forth to the beach. It was also very nice to be able to walk over an play golf. My wife found the shopping very close as well.

Our recent stay at 43 Lighthouse was everything we hoped for. We found the villa fresh and clean and generously equipped for all our needs. I especially enjoyed the sunroom - it gave an outdoor feel to every minute of the day. The villa is a quick bike ride or a pleasant walk to the beach and the view of the golf course is lovely. The location is convenient to both Harbor Town and South Beach. The owners have really thought of everything to make this a home away from home.

Loved staying at lighthouse villa #43. It was clean and spacious and was great for our kids (ages 7 & 5), as well as our family dog.
