The house at 94 Lawton Road was perfect for our family of two parents with our four 20-something year old children with two fiancées. We planned a family vacation around a Father's Day celebration and the wedding of our son. An open floor plan allows for easy movement between the living room, dining room with an amazing view of the pond and the well-equipped kitchen. The master suite has a large private bath with an adjacent sitting room complete with private balcony which has that same amazing view. The back yard is surrounded by large pine trees, one of which supports a nest of Great Blue Herons tended by two doting parents. A large pond perfectly reflects the clear blue sky with high, white fluffy clouds. That pond supports fish, crabs, a variety of visiting birds and even an alligator. Lawton Road is in a quiet, safe and well-kept neighborhood - folks can be occasionally seen walking their dogs and biking. Since all bedrooms are accessible only by stairs, this house is best for families without small children. Ninety-four Lawton road appeals to all the senses - it was neat, clean, and tastefully decorated. It easily exceeded all of our expectations.

94 Lawton is an awesome house; the back is nearly all floor to ceiling glass so the best part of HH, the outdoors, is up close and personal. Watching a blue heron couple making a nest in a tree outside the window was magical...watching the alligator eating its prey, not so magical!! Sitting on the upstairs screened porch is like being in a tree house so bring your binoculars! The location is convenient but very private and quiet. The house itself is very nicely decorated, has wonderful separation with an upstairs master, full bath, and sitting room quiet apart from the other master and 2 bedrooms. If you're into TVs, they're everywhere but we hardly used them. The beds are wonderful which is not always the case when you rent. With a 2 car garage, bikes, and a big deck, this house is about as perfect as it gets.

Had a wonderful experience from discovering house online, thru questions/booking, arrival & stay. Very professionally handled & exactly as described. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials to cook for our large family. Bikes were great, gargage handy, view peaceful, great floor plan. Would certainly stay again!

San AntonioA Vacation to Remember

We were in search of the dream family vacation because our mother was dying of brain cancer and my brother, sister, and I wanted to spend one last vacation with her before she passed. We chose this home before we realized that she would be confined to a wheelchair by the time we got there. The home is not wheelchair accessible but when there is a lot of love it doesn't matter and she fell in love with the home. ;)
This home is amazing and we had the most wonderful vacation ever. The pond in the back gave us alligators to look at daily from the outside deck and the beach access was a short bike ride away. The dining room and front sitting area allowed for memorable conversations throughout the days we spend there.
Our mom passed away about 3 months after our vacation and we feel so blessed that we were able to spend this time with her at 94 Lawton Rd. Thanks for everything!
