In 13 years of coming to HHI, our most enjoyable stays have been at Bernsten rentals in Seapines. This villa has everything we want in location, including easy access to the beach club, comfortable accommodations, great view of the golf course and a reasonable price. We look forward to our next visit.

This villa feels like home! It has all the amenities, views, comfort and peace. We love the restaurants, shopping, closeness of the beautiful beach, bicycles, shopping, golf, weather, and the people. We look forward to our next visit.

We have stayed in this 2BR villa at least twice, the last time in May, 2011. Price is very reasonable and location hard to beat. Across the street from Sea Pines pool, 5 minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club and a fantastic beach.
Would not call this a luxury villa but furniture and beds are nice for a beach place and are comfortable. Kitchen is small but has all the amenities. What really makes this villa special, besides the location, is the sunroom that was added several years ago. Creates a lot more usable space and gives one a good view of the golf course and lagoon. There is also a putting green right behind the villa. For 2011, outdoor seating area was also improved with a new patio.
Would not suggest this villa for more than 4 people - would be close quarters -- and be aware that shower in master bath is very small and some may prefer to use shower/tub off of 2nd bedroom. But master br shower was fine with us.
Finally, villa is pet friendly - a big plus with us. -

We have been going to Sea Pines for almost twenty years, and felt this was a great value for the price. We would definately consider staying in this condo again on our next stay. Our friends stayed across the parking lot in another unit that was available for their family, and we were able to easily accomodate both families at meal time. Scott Bernsten cares about making everything right, and even helped us out with our bike rentals. Great place!

This villa is our favorite in Hilton Head. It is well supplied, attractive, clean, comfortable, secure, accessible, pet friendly & close to it all. Great view of lagoon, wildlife, & golfers with beach and bike trails near & so much to do. Owners live near & promptly respond to any needs. You will want to stay longer and come back soon. We are returning for our 12th season and hope to keep coming for many years.

Really enjoyed our stay. Had a great location near the clubhouse, golf course and ocean. Greatly appreciated that the unit came with bicycles so we did not have to bring our own or rent some. The unit was bright and cheerful and especially liked the location and being able to watch golfers and alligators from the comfort of the patio. Thanks to Scott for working out additional days as if it were not a problem.
