This was our 4th trip to H.H. and our first stay at this villa. It was a very nice & clean villa and the decor was updated. We especially liked the large book collection and games that were there to use while we visited. We'd definitely come back!

Villa is perfect for families who want a comfortable, clean place to stay in Sea Pines. Location is great and owners/property managers are wonderful. I've stayed in many villas managed by Scott, and have enjoyed every one.

This rental is a great value. The location is perfect. You can bike easily to either end of SeaPines with the included bikes. The property manager made this a very smooth transaction.

My wife and my mom came to enjoy a long weekend in Hilton Head at the end of September. The condo was in the perfect location- near the beach acces, near golf, and in the middle of Sea Pines. The condo had plenty of room and Scott was quick to respond when we had issues accessing the pool across the street. The bikes that came with the condo were a nice convenience and the fact that it was pet friendly was great. The backyard overlooks a par 3 tee box on the Ocean Course and there's plenty of space to walk the dog. Although we didn't need it, the condo had a few pet items and some kitchen supplies which we could use if we needed it. There were plenty of linens for our stay. Our only complaint would be that we wish the beds were a little more comfortable but, with all the relaxation we got on the beach, it was a minor issue to deal with. Our stay was still great and we would go back since it was so easy to book and it was such a great location!

I have rented this villa for the winter months for the past 10 years. Love it! The location is perfect, close to the beach so watching the sunrise on early am walks is a treat. The unit is equipped w/everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and the neighbors are friendly. If you are a golfer, the golf course is right across the street and if you enjoy walking, the Forest Preserve has wonderful trails. As the weather cools in Vermont, I look forward to another winter in HHI!!

We had a wonderful week. We have been coming to HHI for 20 years and always stay in Sea Pines. This was a wonderful villa--very clean, and great location. Easy walk to the beach and nice to have the bikes. Scott was great to work with. Will definitively stay here again.

Considering how upscale Hilton Head is I was not expecting the rental to be nearly as nice as it was. I thought the cost was extremely reasonable especially considering the great location. The living space was extensive and we had everything we needed. I would definately recommend this location and rental to others

Great place to stay for adults with or without kids. Great view, walk to beach, pool. Very spacious,clean, and renter friendly. Has all amenities including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and every kitchen gadget. Spent 3 separate weeks there this past summer and plan to return this upcoming summer as well. Great to work with the owners and Scott. Definitly recommend.
