Service: Scott was very helpful. He stopped over right away when we asked with operating the integrated TV/DVD setup & solved our problem.
Home: We like the layout of the Villa with the screened in porch, first floor master bedroom and large living room area. The decor was very nice especially considering it was pet friendly - the white tile in the main area added to the open airy feeling.
Location and ammenities: The location is perfect right in the middle of Sea Pines. Bikes were provided and with them anything is within reach. The beach club access is a very short ride. We love the bike trails throughout the island as well as bike riding on the beach. We particularly enjoyed the Harbor Town 4th of July fireworks - laying out on the golf course overlooking the water and watching the fireworks was a great way to spend a summer evening. -

had a great week here. The location is a 2 minute car ride to a great beach and parking area, close to south beach and harbour town. The place is roomy and comfortabe and clean, it's great that we could take our dog as he had a great time too and otherwise don`t know what good alternative I would have to do with him. This was like taking home with you to this beautiful island. Good deal.

We had a wonderful time as usual in Seapines at a wonderful well maintained, well located Villa. The accomodations were very comfortable and very well equipped. Even Ivy our dog enjoyed her time in Seapines, she is a return vistor and we hope she'll return with us for a 3rd year.
We highly recommend this property to anyone visting Hilton
Head.
