Remodeled and very well equipped, this privately owned 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bathroom villa is located on a fairway of the Ocean Golf Course. From the short ten minute walk to the beach to the fully equipped kitchen, this villa offers the best in comfort and convenience.
There are king pillow top bed in the Master,a queen in bedroom 2 and a pair of twins in the third. A sleeper sofa offers even more sleeping arrangements, if necessary. The 3 bedroom condo at Seapines #31 Lighthouse was wonderful for our stay in October. We had our daughter and 5 year old granddaughter with us and appreciated the easy checkin, the location and the service. The condo was very clean and we were treated very well. Thanks!

Since this villa sounded good from the description and looked good in the photos I did not hesitate to reserve. The villa is close to the beach which is important to us. However, the property has maintenance issues. The photos on tripadvisor show the place looking new and spotless. There are areas of this home that really need deep cleaning.
Here were our issues:
*The internet did not work when we arrived. This was fixed quickly which we appreciated.
*The icemaker was not operable. The management was notified of this and had workmen enter our villa during the day while we were out without telling us in advance. This upset us since we have two small dogs with us and also left out our brand new mac laptops. The icemaker needed parts to repair so we decided to live without the ice and requested that no one enter the villa without prior notice.
*The dryer did not work properly. I had to run it through three full cycles to dry anything.
*The dishwasher soap dispenser did not close so the dishes could not get cleaned properly
*Speaking of the dishes...looked like they pieced them together at Goodwill.
*I tried to bake a small potato in the oven and it took 2 hours! Something wrong here.
*The Master Bedroom is very tiny and has old stained carpeting. The carpet has huge pee stains on it from old accidents that must have happened from renters who brought untrained pets. This was so gross to me that I would not go bare footed in that bedroom!
*The Master Bathroom is very small and the shower depicted in the photos is not as pristine in person.
*The enclosed porch was dirty so we did not use it.
The good things were:
*Walking distance to the beach
*Bed was very comfortable
*The villa was pet friendly and we were able to bring our dogs

Scott took care of us in every way possible. The villa was clean, spacious, and in a beautiful location on this beautiful island. Even our dog loved the place because of she had a full outdoor view through the dining room and screened porch. The free bikes were an absolute plus. Upon checking in, the was a complimentary bottle of Chardonnay. The kids certainly enjoyed the accommodations. Scott provided white-glove service. He even hand delivered an important personal document that I needed delivered to me during our stay.
We will definitely come back. We are already making plans.

We enjoyed our time at this villa. Everything was provided for us. It is located In a great area and beach and pool are very close. The villa is spacious and very clean. I would stay there again. Thanks for letting us stay at your villa!

We can't say enough about this villa. We have been staying here for the past four years and it gets better every year. The owner has done a tremendous job in updating the unit every year. For us, it feels like a home away from home.

We had such a great time staying in this villa with our family. We have been to this villa numerous times and find it large enough to bring friends along. It is in an excellent location close to the beach and pool and we love being on the golf course as an added bonus. It has a beautiful kitchen for the nights you want to stay in and cook and is only a short bike ride to several restaurants if you want to go out. I would highly recommend staying here!

I have visited Hilton Head for more than 10 years. This is by far my favorite place to stay. Once we found this location, we have not looked for another. The villa is a home away from home for my family. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away. Harbour Town is a convenient bike or trolley ride away as well. In fact, the trolley picks up across the street. Finally, watching the golfers from the Carolina Room on the 10th green and 11th tee box is an added treat. The 3 bedrooms provide plenty of room for my extended family.

We had a great vacation. The villa is located on the golf course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach. You can stop at the pool on the way to or from the ocean. The open floor plan was great for the family, and the new, large kitchen was a huge plus. Walk or ride to the beach and a perfect riding distance to the South Beach Marina and Harbor Town!
