We arrived late, communication about late arrival was straight forward. We rented the place for just 2 people, 4 will fit easily.
The interior is very stylish, makes you feel like 007 in the '80s maybe.
The views from the terrace are awesome, the only thing the place needs is a fix-up of some lights on the terrace deck and maybe some slightly more fancy outside furniture.
Cleaning service was very good, check out was friendly and easy, just everything very nice.
Additionally (and I could not find that information anywhere), there is free Wifi at decent speed, which comes very handy ...
We would definitely rent again!

We chose this accommodation based on description and pictures that really express the inside and especially outside view. We rented it via an agent and the service was good as from the agent and from the owner agency. They also informed about construction works around and proposed a discount that we are still waiting for, believe it will be sorted out soon. The place is very nice, and we spent hours on the terrace. As for the location, it's a calm place on the hill, but not easily reachable - taxi took a lot of time to find it, so better to give clearer instruction how to get there. So, we enjoyed very much our stay there, but there is only one danger if you pick up this place - if you come to Cape Town to see and walk around you risk to stay more on the terrace enjoying ocean and city view, especially sunset hours:).
