Comfortable 5 bdrm home overlooking some of the finest beaches in Anne's land. Nine hundred metres off the beaches with 180 degree view of the Gulf with full bloom farm fields included in this vista.Fully furnished with comfortable period furniture chosen to accent the home. New 300 sq. ft. deck with full size Bar-B-Q and large solid picnic table. One acre of manicured lawns with variety of trees and shrubs. Owners live only 1 kilometer down the beach and are generally always available for help in many ways, such as-- ideas--seafood gathering and assistance in a proper Maritime lobster supper "right in your own back yard."

"Perfect Sea View" is 25 min drive from summerside and 45 min to Charlottetown located on route 20 along the north shore 9 min from services in the town of Kensington. Also great golfing and Cavandish beach area is only 20-25 min down the coast. Home is on paved section of road good in all weather.
