Cute beach house near the popular North Beach on Seabrook Island. Very private setting overlooking natural marsh and golf course fairway. Our Sealoft is equipped with all of the comforts of home making for the perfect little beach house getaway! Master bedroom(King bed) has ensuite bathroom and private deck, 2nd bedroom (Queen bed) has hall bath access and upstairs loft bedroom has bunkbeds, sleeper sofa, built in desk and private deck. One of the best features of the property is the very private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Our villa is in a small community known as the Sealoft Villas. It is part of a country club community on the beach called Seabrook Island. It is a very natural setting where there is an abundance of wildlife! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting with plenty of recreation and good restaurants nearby then Seabrook is for you! There is very little traffic on the island, the beaches are never crowded and the allure of Charleston is a mere 30 minutes away.

York, PAA Great Seabrook Experience !

Our first visit to Seabrook was wonderful! We were greeted by deer upon our arrival (and all throughout our two week stay.) The next day, while on a bike ride around the island, we came upon an alligator casually strolling along a resident's yard. As we walked the beach the first evening, we found perfectly whole sand dollars. We loved the fact that while on Seabrook, we could experience the beach, the marsh, and even feel like we were in the woods at times. The accommodations at this Sealoft villa were perfect for our family... plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen had all the dishes, utensils, etc that we needed. It is very tastefully decorated and clean! The location was great... just a short distance to the villa's pool as well as to the beach. We appreciated having a (free!) amenity card and enjoyed the Beach Club's pool area immensely. We mixed beach days with sight-seeing days to nearby Charleston and the surrounding areas. Lots to see and do! Our experience was so great that our family has decided to return for a second visit! Thank you, Carroll family, for opening up your "home away from home" to us!

Watching the marsh is always enjoyable with so much wildlife to view and hear. The amenities this unit are excellent. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower with hot water! The entire island is very accessible with biking being our preferred transportation.
