Come relax on Seabrook Island in this beautiful, spacious Deer Point villa. Enjoy the view of the marsh & the wildlife from the wall of windows in the living/dining area. The cathedral ceilings & large picture windows make this professionally decorated home a delight to enjoy the serenity of Seabrook Island. The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, table seating, sliding glass doors out to the screened in porch and attached laundry room with full size side by side washer/dryer is perfect for preparing family meals.
The spacious living/dining area affords plenty of room to gather at the end of the day. The dining table seats 6, with the living area having comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. There is also a built in wet bar. The first floor master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, adjoining full bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to the deck.
Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and sliding glass doors leading to a balcony overlooking the marsh. The 3rd bedroom also has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom for these bedrooms to share.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoo/outdoor pool and fitness center are included in the rent. Additional fees are added for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
