Enjoy your family and friends in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, spacious, open home on Seabrook Island! This is the perfect home for two families to enjoy their vacation together. This North Beach home features 20”+ ceilings, Hi-Def TV’s, is beautifully decorated, has linens, towels, Wifi, Playstation 2 and more. The bright, airy living area boasts a 46” Hi-Def TV, DVD player, and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy each others company. The dining room with 20”+ ceilings features a table large enough for 12. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked for your vacation needs.
The game room is off the dining/living areas with an inlaid checker /chess table for your enjoyment. The four chairs from the game table can be added to the dining room table to allow 12 people to dine together. A screened in porch and deck with gas grill complete the mail level.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, 32” HDTV, large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, TV, and attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds, plus two pull out trundle beds, TV, Playstation 2 with lots of games, and books. This is the perfect bedroom for the kids to hang out. Off of it is the exercise room with an up to date weight machine and bicycle. This fitness room is for adults only or children when supervised by an adult. A full bath with tub/shower is attached to this bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed, plus another full bed with another full bath attached.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club’s facilities are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Club's oceanfront pools, Pelican’s Nest restaurant/bar, golf, tennis and Island House restaurants/bar. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. These cards cost $150/wk if not included.
Home has bikes, beach cart, coolers, kayaks, beach chairs... everything you need for a perfect day in the sun!
