Enjoy the terra cotta tiled flooring, full stocked kitchen, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, TVs and sliding glass doors leading out to the deck with panoramic view!!!.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with TV, and adjoining full bath. The sofa in the family room has a pull out size bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Walk out the back door to the beach! Watch the dolphin frolicking in the ocean while you enjoy your coffee on the back deck. Enjoy the phenomenal sunsets each night while you have a bonfire right on the beach.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools, Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
This is a pet friendly villa! The owners allow you to bring your dog with you on vacation! A $125 pet fee is added for the additional cleaning fee the service requires. Seabrook is a very pet friendly island and beach!!!
This is a fantastic location - close to the beach, clubhouse, pools and golf! Once you're here, you won't want to leave!!!
