You can't get closer to the beach on Seabrook Island for the price than Pelican Watch Villas! This beautiful, first floor villa has been completely renovated to make a fantastic vacation getaway. Granite counter tops, appliances, furniture, cable and Internet access have been updated. The master bedroom has a king size bed with TV, and adjoining full bath. The sofa in the family room has a pull out queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations.

You can't get closer to the beach on Seabrook Island for the price than Pelican Watch Villas! This beautiful, first floor villa has been completely renovated to make a fantastic vacation getaway. Granite counter tops, appliances, furniture, cable and Internet access have been updated. The master bedroom has a king size bed with TV, and adjoining full bath. The sofa in the family room has a pull out queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club: oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis, horseback riding and Lake House facitilies: outdoor/indoor pools and fitness center, are included in the rent. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
This is a pet friendly villa. The owners allow you to bring your dog with you on vacation to enjoy the beach too! A $125 pet fee is added for the additional cleaning the service requires.
Walk out the back door to the beach. Watch the dolphin frolicking in the ocean while you enjoy your coffee on the back deck. Enjoy the phenomenal sunsets each night while you have a bonfire right on the beach. Once you're here, you won't want to leave!!!
