This delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Spinnaker is a spacious home for your family and friends to enjoy their vacation. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with beach board cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances and flooring. It is fully stocked for your use.
The open living room/dining room with cathedral ceilings affords plenty of space for everyone after a day at the beach. The dining room table, couch, loveseat and chairs give you ample seating to enjoy the flat screen TV/DVD player. There are board games, books and DVD's for your use too. There is a screened in porch off the dining/living area for you to relax in too.
The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and adjoining full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck with table and chairs, lounge and gas grill for your enjoyment. Upstairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus a desk for your computer if you need a workspace. There is Wifi for your computers. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Walk across the street to the boardwalks to the beach. The Seabrook Island Club is a 3 minute walk away. Enjoy the facilities with your amenity cards that are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools, Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Passes for the Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and Fitness Center are available for $15/day/person or $10/day/person for 3 days or more.
Bring your friends/family for a relaxing vacation on Seabrook Island. Once you visit, you won't want to leave.
