This beautifully decorated, family-friendly villa is located on the eleventh hole of the Ocean Winds Golf Course on Seabrook Island. Relax on one of the three decks or fish and crab in the lagoon in your backyard. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, new cabinets and countertops, hardwood flooring and carpeting complete this terrific Sealoft. This home has just had additional renovations! This beautifully decorated, family-friendly villa is located on the eleventh hole of the Ocean Winds Golf Course on Seabrook Island. Relax on one of the three decks or fish and crab in the lagoon in your backyard. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, new cabinets and countertops, hardwood flooring and carpeting complete this terrific Sealoft. This home has just had additional renovations! The master bedroom has a king size bed, attached full bathroom and a deck for enjoying your morning coffee. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom. Upstairs in the sleeping loft are two twin beds plus a trundle and another deck. The house sleeps seven comfortably. There is also a private outside shower to wash away the sand after a day at the beach.
The Sealoft neighborhood pool is just steps from the front door. A boardwalk to the beach is across from Sealoft Drive and Seabrook Island Road, making it an easy walk to a very uncrowded section of beach. The boardwalk is approximately 5 minutes from the house. The boardwalks at Seabrook are long due to the protected dune areas. It is about 5-8 minutes down the boardwalk to the beach.
940 Sealoft is pet friendly! Your favorite four legged dog is invited to join in on the fun! (Pet fee is $125)
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: oceanfront pools, golf, tennis, horseback riding, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant bar, and Island House restaurant/bar are included in the rent. Additional fees are charged by the Club for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
This is a great location to get away from it all with family and friends!
