This lovely, spacious Tarpon Pond Cottage is located in the quiet, secluded woods section of Seabrook Island, just a short distance to the Seabrook Island Club and the beach! Seabrook boasts three and a half miles of pristine, unspoiled white sand beach, perfect for watching the dolphins at play, searching for seashells and sand dollars, biking along the waters edge or playing in the ocean! This gated community is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy with your family and friends.
The living room has comfortable furnishings with plenty of room for all your family and friends. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, three bedrooms and a sleeping loft complete this bright and spacious cottage. The living area has a fireplace and a large HDTV and DVD. Hardwood flooring and cathedral ceilings complete this updated living area. The dining area opens into the living room allowing everyone to be involved in the activities. The kitchen has granite countertops and upgraded cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you need for dining. The screened in porch offers an outdoor retreat. Snuggle in with a good book, enjoy afternoon appetizers, or just watch the wildlife and golfers.
There are four bedrooms in this great cottage. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath attached and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with the third bedroom and loft each having 2 twin beds. A second full bathroom is between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. TVs/DVDs/CD player, stereo/CD player and Comcast complete the package. There is a limit of 8 people! The loft serves as the 4th bedroom and has two twin beds.
Many of the Seabrook Island Club amenities are just a mile away - the Beach Club pools, Pelican Nest and Island House restaurants, and its two golf course - Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks. Pelican Beach is less than 3/4 miles from this great cottage.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent! The Club and beach are .8 of a mile from Tarpon Pond Cottages. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except pool usage.
