Seabrook Island is one of those few places remaining where you are surrounded by the abundance of nature.

Located just 23 miles from Charleston, Seabrook Island is a private, gated community, available only to its residents and guests. It features two championship golf courses, a fifteen-court Racquet Club, a Fitness Center, an Equestrian Center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, dining facilities, and a pristine, uncrowned beach.

Referred to as the Horizon Plan, the Seabrook Island Club and the Property Owners Association embarked on a capital improvement program to provide the new Island House, the Beach Club with its Pelican&r...squo;s Nest Restaurant and Gift Shoppe, and the Lake House Facility with its fitness center and indoor and outdoor pools.

On the first level, the breath-taking Island House includes a grand ballroom, various meeting rooms, and the golf pro shop. Upstairs is the Palmetto Dining Room, Bohicket’s Lounge for informal dining, and a private dining room.

What could be more inviting than to relax in a dining area adjacent to the ocean, watching the dolphins cruise by? The Pelican’s Nest Restaurant provides such a view! Adjacent to the two wonderful, beachside pools, it is the perfect location to kick back and enjoy good food, good service, and good times! You can also relax at the oceanside in the expanse of beach located adjacent to the pools.

The Lake House Site venue is situated by beautiful Palmetto Lake. This grand facility provides a great meeting room, smaller meeting and activity rooms including the Kid’s Club, the fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and a children’s play area.

The Seabrook Island golf courses have been blended into the island’s natural beauty. The Ocean Winds course, designed by Willard Byrd, winds its way through the island’s lush landscape, including lagoons, tidal marshes and dunes by the ocean. Crooked Oaks, by Robert Trent Jones meanders through the live oaks crowned with Spanish moss, lagoons and tidal creeks.

Should a gallop along the beach spark your interest, Seabrook offers a first rate Equestrian Center.

Tennis players of all skill levels will enjoy the fifteen Har-Tru courts and the new Racquet Club pro shop.

The Fitness Center at the Lake House offers state of the art equipment.

Our Sealoft Villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for your stay. The full ceramic kitchen, with flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, ample refrigerator and freezer, and washer/dryer utilities, make meal preparation and serving in the adjacent dining area easy and carefree.

Bedrooms include master suite with a king bed, private bath, HD TV w/Blu-ray player, and its own private deck. In the evening, you can marvel at the ink black sky, dotted with a million pinpricks of light. Listen, and the only sounds you hear are the waves washing up on the beach.

The guest bedroom features two twin beds and adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, is a loft bedroom with two twin beds and its own private deck.

The living room has been newly remodeled with new furnishings, HD TV with Blu-ray player, has ceramic flooring, and offers a view of the 11th fairway of the Ocean Winds Course. We also offer Comcast HD Cable with HBO and Starz.

The Sealoft community also includes its own private pool just a short walk across the street. You can also walk to Seabrook’s pristine beach. Just outside the gate is Bohicket Marina. Here you can enjoy a shelling expedition, a sunset cruise, or deep-sea fishing.
