The Condo is in excellent and clean condition with a sunset view. Seabrook island has various ammenities and the private island is kept in pristine condition, with it's own town. Several restaurants near by or in marina.
The beach at low tide was large, white sand, and not crowded- mostly older couples and young families. We saw dolphins 20ft from shore most days.
Charleston is only 30-45min away with tons of historic attractions and plantations.
Great couples getaway for a relaxing week in the sun. -

This was the perfect villa! We loved everything about it - it was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotless! The view from the deck is beautiful and the sunsets were amazing.
We enjoyed shopping at the local plaza and eating at local restaurants. We saw all kinds of wild life - dolphins, pelicans and deer!
We can't wait to go back and are already planning our next trip!!

The condo perfectly matches the Homeaway description. Shirley was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided all of the information needed to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. My husband and I rented bikes for the week and rode them on the beach, to the grocery, and all around the island. With the ocean right outside the deck, we couldn't resist spending every moment possible outside. We swam in the ocean every day, and enjoyed the sunset from the comfy deck chairs. We hope to visit again!

This is not my first visit to Pelican Villa, and it certainly won't be my last! This condo is right on the beach, with a fantastic porch to view pelicans, dolphins, and sunsets. I have two small children, and we had everything we needed for a great stay--kid videos, two bathrooms for showering sand, enough room to hang out, and all the kitchen amenities to eat in whenever we wanted. The only drawback is the mosquitoes, so keep those screen doors firmly closed.
I think this was one of most relaxing vacations in awhile, thank you! Hassle-free is definitely the word for this condo. -

My husband and I have been staying in this villa for the past 7 years and can't wait to go back next year. The villa is right on the beach with a beautiful deck that looks right out on the water. It is a great place to sit in the morning and watch the shrimp boats go out for their morning catch. You can see dolphins, deer a ocassional fox and lots of pelicans right in front of you. The villa comes with everything you would need for a perfect vacation. The owners go above and beyond to make sure that your stay will be everything that you would want it to be. Seabrook Island has become sort of a 2nd home to us and each year when we leave we count the days until we return. The villa is the perfect spot for everything you would want in a vacation and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for that perfect spot.
