St. LouisNice clean little coondo
Left on 05/09/2013 for a stay in April 2013
This property was extremely clean and updated, and there was a nice view from the balcony. The beach access was a little far away, but we did not mind the walk. The only downside to this small property was that there were no laundry facilities in the condo. There was one washer and dryer (coin operated) on the first floor for the entire building. It was dirty and so small that only one person could fit in the room. The building was only a 5 minute walk from Rosemary Beach, which was a definite plus.

We are so glad that you chose to stay with Southern Vacation Rentals and appreciate your review of the property. We will let the HOA know of your comment about the laundry room. We hope that you will stay with us again in the near future.

Memphis, TennesseePerfect 3-Day Weekend Retreat
Left on 09/13/2012 for a stay in August 2012
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Unit 303. The complex was clean, quiet and almost empty during my stay. The pool is big and such a short walk from both the beach and the unit.
My room was clean, cozy and full of anything you'd need for a brief stay. Know that there isn't a cooktop, but the toaster oven worked great for a quick bagel toasting in the morning! The bathroom was huge with plenty of towels for my weekend stay.
The walk to the beach access wasn't bad - but most days I snuck through the neighborhood directly across the street!
I would recommend this unit - and its amazing gulf/Alys Beach views to anyone! -

Great quiet location for 2 to get away and relax! As the teenagers grow up, my wife and I find ourselves planning more getways for two than four. This studio unit provided a great way for us to get away. And the third floor balcony with two lounge chairs has a great view of the gulf and surrounding area. We couldn't have asked for more convience; and the studio kitchen provided everything we needed for the way we like to vacation. We had initially looked at garage cottages in Rosemary and after a couple of bike rides through there with the number of people and young children, we were glad we settled on Inn at Seacrest #303.

We were very please with everything. The check in and out is so simple. Our view was great from the 3rd floor. A beautiful pool. Wondered why they would let us use the main entrance to the pool? Would have been nice. Really all was good!

Left on 06/16/2011 for a stay in June 2011
My sister and I really enjoyed staying at the Inn at Seacrest in room 303. There is a nice view of the beach, which is beautiful. We didn't make it to the pool but it looked very nice and clean. Rosemary Beach shops/restaurants were within walking distance. We also found several golf courses close by, even a 3-par which was perfect for us! The actual room is much nicer than the pictures make it look. We would definitely return.

This unit was immaculate, and had a gorgeous gulf view! Located right across from an exclusive subdivision and directly next to stunning alys Beach, there were plenty of scenic views.
The unit was a bit smaller that I realized, but had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and an ice cream shop, however the walk to the beach access was a little bit of a haul with everything we needed for our 16 mos old.
We would stay here again and recommend it! -

I was sooo happy with our vacation here. It was just me and my boyfriend, so the size of the condo was perfect. We were in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a bike rental shop. I would definetely stay here again.

Room was clean and neat. Bedroom furniture seemed large for the size of the room. Location very convenient and view of beach was great. Room did not have Wi-fi, very disappointing. I almost ruined a nice shirt with the iron. It was covered with a black gummy substance. Did not received a replacement iron until late that afternoon.

Atlanta, GAGreat condo with beautiful views
Left on 03/17/2011 for a stay in March 2011
The condo is beautifully decorated and has wonderful views. The bed was super comfy! My only complaints were that the towels (bath, bath rag, and hand) were all very thin and worn out and the hot tub on the property was not working. The main reason we rented in this community was for the hot tub since outside temperatures were still a little brisk and we were very disappointed to find that it was not working. Although this had no bearing on the actual condo, it was still an overall disappointment.

This was perfect for what we wanted & we will be staying here again. It was great to be able to see the ocean from our room (what a view with alys Beach right there!) And we found so many great coffee shops & restaurants just a short walk away. Thanks for a great stay & for calling us before we arrived to check in with us!

The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The view was wonderful, and the location was accessible to many fun beaches and activities.
The heater or the air conditioner had a constant drip which was disturbing. I was disturbed that a real estate agent busted into the room and insisted on showing the condo. We were told by Southern Resorts that the bikes were for our usage. We were told by residents that we could not use the bikes. The hot tub at the pool was cold and the jets did not work.
The experience was luke warm. The rewarding factor was receiving the Southwest airlines gift card from BP. -

Athens, GAPerfect weekend getaway location!
Left on 06/10/2010 for a stay in June 2010
I've been visiting S. Walton beach since I was young. The Inn at Seacrest has provided the ideal transition for me as I'm not longer travelling with my family but yet have children of my own.#303 is in tiptop shape with every ammenity needed for a vacation away. Beach access is convenient and easy to navigate even with chairs and coolers, the onsite pool is always clean and never crowded, and parking couldn't be any more convenient. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance and the grocery store is only a 8 minute drive down the road. One of my favorite parts of #303 is the patio with a great view of the gulf despite not being "Ocean Front". Thanks for providing a go-to option for me and my fiance as we continue to frequent the beautiful beaches. We plan on returning later this summer and will surely look to unit #303 for our accomodations.

Over all a great deal. Good location, amenities, beach access. Everything was nice. Just one small thing...the floors needed a little attention. Nothing major...just needed a good scrubbing. A mop was available and we gave them a quick wipe down...nothing that would deter us again from staying here. You just might want to bring that to the attention of your cleaning people. Great place!

AtlantaSatisfied once again!
Left on 04/18/2010 for a stay in April 2010
We've stayed at this condo before and, once again, were not disappointed. Very clean, plenty of space for both of us, full size refrigerator, which is great for long stays, amazing view of the ocean from the balcony, which has 2 lounge chairs and a table, elevator for those of us who don't pack light even for a 2 day trip, and a nice medium size pool for after-beach relaxing. The condo itself is excellent and so was customer service ON SITE. Here are the areas that need work.
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT:
1)Took 4 phone calls to get an e-mail confirmation over the course of 4 weeks. When you call the number they give you, you get transferred to Texas and they dropped the ball. Once I got a hold of the LOCAL office, it was smooth sailing.
2)Long walk to the beach access, specially when you are hauling beach chairs and umbrellas daily for a week long stay. Much worse if you have kids. We would have gladly paid extra for a shuttle service. It's amazing that the only beach access for this area is all the way down the road, when a deal could easily be worked out in order to be able to access the beach somewhere closer across the street.
3)Bathroom light was VERY weak. Romantic, but impractical. Brighter bulbs, please!
I hope this has been helpful! -

Snellville, Ga.A great weekend trip!
Left on 10/22/2009 for a stay in October 2009
We stayed here over a long weekend and had the most wonderful time. The unit was very clean and we liked the fact that it had a little table to eat at. We have stayed at this complex before and the unit we stayed at did not have a table. The view was amazing and we look forward to staying here again. It is perfect for an inexpensive getaway for two!

Budget Beacher
Evansville, INNice stay for a Great Rate
Left on 10/02/2009 for a stay in September 2009
We stayed at the Inn at Seacrest after having A/C
issues with our original pick (the other place with
the huge pool). All rooms have an ocean view,
which is excellent. The pool and hot tub are nice
as well, though if you have kids, the place with
the huge pool is cool and accessible with a short
walk (but no hot tub there).
Our room featured a small kitchen with a full sized
fridge, which as really nice. We even used the
microwave an mini-oven for breakfast. The room is
small, but it has everything a couple needs for a
budget beach vacation. The balcony is nice and the
bed is very comfortable.
My only complaints about the room / location are
that there is no couch and that any TV must be
viewed from the bed (no biggie if you are on vaca).
The walk to the beach is a little long (about 1/2 a
mile) because you cannot walk across the street due
to a private development. You must walk across the
street and down the road. The A/C unit kicks on and
off constantly which is slightly annoying when you
are trying to watch TV as your significant other
begins to sleep. Finally, the property manager is a
little gruff, but if you respect the property, he
is pretty nice.
Overall, the stay was great. Because of the price
of the condo, my wife and I were able to take a
vacation that we otherwise wouldn't have. We went
to Destin and PCB a few different times and the
beach was nearby as well. I would certainly stay
here again if I were in the same budget situation.
However, if I have a little extra cash, I will opt
for a location closer to the beach. -

Athens, GAPerfect low-key get away!
Left on 09/09/2009 for a stay in August 2009
I stayed here in August of 09 with one other adult. The price was beyond exceptional and the unit had everything that we needed for our stay. It was great having a full refridgerator and freezer to store a few supplies for the weekend. While the unit isn't the biggest, there was ample storage space to tuck our belongings out of sight allowing us to make the most of the space. We found everything we needed in the unit, including a much-needed wine opener on our first night there. The bathroom was slightly larger than what one would find in a hotel room which was great as we were both able to move around simultaneously and get ready together.
The view off of the patio was spectacular and we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the view. The location in general was great - easily accessible to PCB and Seaside as well as all of the other local beach gems.
The property managers were beyond accomodating and were available when we had a last-minute problem getting in the door (Completely our own fault) - easy parking and effortless check in and out. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to any couple looking for a hassle-free weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed at Inn at Seacrest Condos. The condos are small but perfect for a couple who want to relax. The area is very laid back and beautiful. Beaches are great and there is plenty of shops in the area (Highway 30A) to keep you busy.
