We stayad at Sable Point East #104 in august 2012 and had a wonderful time. We loved how everyone had their own space to chill out and also enough room for all of us to get together and spend time with one another. The furniture was comfortable, as well as the bedding. The kitchen was great too. I would recommend adding a couple items to the kitchen inventory tho; plastic cups for small children and a few pot holders as well. Other than that, we had a great time!!

Loved the place and will definitely come back. Great location to pool and short distance to beach, very nice decor, plenty of space. Only suggestions for improvement: upgrade TVs, add lounger to deck.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at #104. We were on the top (4th floor) and had a beautiful view overlooking the huge pool(s) and off to the left even had a small view of the gulf. #104 is only about 300 yards (5 min) walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all manner of utensils and pots, pans, etc.
Only a few minor problems I will list, but definitely not complaining, because if you're on the fence about #104 I recommend it whole heartedly. Problems were: the ice maker didn't work because there was a bunch of ice frozen in the shoot (fixed by us); the dryer didn't work because the dryer vent tube was crushed and couldn't vent the hot air, the dryer was very hot and lucky we didn't burn the place down (also fixed by us); The lock on the master bedroom bathroom door doesn't lock because the plate is bent (not fixed by us); the wiring for the tv to the dvd was all messed up (fixed by us). All very minor problems, I only list so maybe they can be addressed. Only thing we didn't fix was the bathroom lock, but the dryer vent could have been a disaster.
Oh, one more thing, the beds are very hard. This is the only complaint I have I feel like should be heeded. If you can't sleep on a board, I would rethink staying here. I had a really difficult time sleeping. Thank goodness for the comfy couch and afternoon naps there and at the pool.
Location is very close to great restaurants and a Winn Dixie and a pharmacy only 2 or 3 miles away.
Overall, I was very pleased with this rental. I'm very impressed with the whole place including the neighborhood and pool. It would be nice if there was a grill on the patio, but I totally understand why there wouldn't be. As stated before, my only disappointment was the hardness of the mattresses. That being said, I would go back again tomorrow (and maybe just sleep on the couch :) . -

Really enjoyed our stay at Seacrest with a beautiful view of the grande pool from our balcony and a glimpse of the beach in another direction. Only problem we had was with the door to the balcony being a little difficult to open. Also, staff encountered were very friend;y.

The accomodations were great, great pool area (although would have enjoyed the pool if it were heated) and transportation to and from the beach was a nice plus, especially with young kids.

We had an excellent stay and superior service from your company. We were reserved unit H330 at the Village of South Walton. Upon our arrival we discovered the A/C unit was not working. We called your service number and spoke with Will. He was excellent!!!! He immediately began working on the problem, kept in contact with us updating us on the situation, and made sure we were happy with the condo we were moved to. We were moved that same evening to unit 104 at Sable Point East. It was the best condo we have ever stayed it. The condo was immaculate and with high-end ammenities. The balcony over-looking the pool was a definite plus. The area of Seacreast Beach is beautiful and quiet. We will recommend the condo and Southern Resorts to our friends and family and plan on returning.

Sable Point East #104 is a beautiful condo with everything you need for making memories with family and grand kids. The views of the huge swimming pool from the big patio balcony were fantastic. I loved the open floor plan and the kitchen was wonderful with all the amenities you can think of. This condo has been very well kept and looks like new. This is the first time I've stayed at a place that had more bath towels than you needed. We had never vacationed in this part of Florida before so I wasn't sure about the location but turns out this was the best location ever. You are within walking distance to almost everything you want to do and I love the villages. I can't think of anything that I didn't like about Sable Point except I wish we were a little closer to the beach but you do have a tram that will come by to pick you up and take you to the beach and back. We all loved our vacation here and plan to come back.

For a Gulf vacation, you can't beat this one for space, pool convenience, beach convenience and interior plush! This was the best location we have ever had and we have been going the the Gulf for 8 years. My favorite was the deck that overlooked the lighted pool at night. I did it 5 stars, BUT for those of you who like soft mattresses... the bed mattresses were very hard! I actually used the extra linens and slept on the sofas which were LOVELY!!! Just not my cup of tea, but, I have to admit that everything else was 5+!!! I actually used the extra linens and slept on the sofas which were LOVELY!!!

A highly memorable vacation; largely due to the extremely nice accomodations and beautiful and relaxing view from the balcony, as well as the wonderful neighborhood.
This 4th floor, four bedroom condo with elevator; very comfrotable beds; TVs in every room; surround sound stereo in the living room; modern kitchen; large dinning room table; deluxe balcony overseeing a large, lighted, football field sized swimming pool; and only a short walk to the pool; provided us with quality family time in a joyful, loving, peaceful environment.
Awesome experience!!! -

I searched and searched for a vacation place that would accomdate my family of 7, my brother's family of 5 and also my parents! The odds of finding something for all of 14 of us I knew was going to be tough. My brother had recommended Southern Resorts to me, saying he had a wonderful previous experience renting from them in the past. I went to their website immediately. They had such a large selection of property that I called them and spoke to a lady named Diane. I told her the dates we were looking for and the number of people. She was able to give me several different locations and I was able to look at them with her from my computer. We decided to stay at Sable Point East since the pictures looked very nice and roomy. We had several small kids we knew could double up.
We arrived at Sable Point on Thursday afternoon. As we drove to our condo, the roads were paved in brick and were lined with all different classy, unique condos. We absolutely fell in love with this place upon arrival! Our condo was so roomy and nicer in person! Our 4th floor balcony over looked the 12,000 ft pool! It was awesome to see it lit up at night! The beach was only a short walk or golf cart ride away. I can't say enough good things about this place! My whole family enjoyed it and wants to make this our annual vaction spot! (this was our first vacation all together) And did I mention there was a Starbucks just walking distance?!?!? My husband and I snuck off there while someone was watching the kids :)
