Changes in Latitude is located at 40 Cast Net Lane, Seacrest Beach, FL, 32413 in the popular community of Seacrest Beach on Scenic Highway 30A.

This 3 story home, sleeps 11 people with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and an additional 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in the attached Carriage House making a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The 1st floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedroom has a bunk bed with Twin/Full and a private bathroom.

The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (both with King Beds) 2 full private bathroo...ms and each with access to the Mother-in-law suite from the balcony.

The 3rd floor Loft is an open area with a queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, full bathroom and access to the viewing deck.

The Mother-in-law suite has its own living area and kitchen separate from the bedroom which has a double bed and a full private bathroom.

  We had a great time! Awesome kitchen and plenty of room for 10 people! We loved the location too! The only problem we had of course is with the association across the street that would not allow golf carts to drive on their property. Life is too short to be that difficult. We were at the beach!! Othere than that we would definitely recommend and plan on coming back!!
