The home’s decor; artwork, subtle colors, soft cottons, hardwood floors, ten foot ceilings, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, marble countertops, kraft-made oak cabinetry, private baths, king size beds, large screen tv’s , surround sound stereo system; welcomes you to create the dream vacation your family has been seeking. A place you will want to return to from the moment of your departure.

From the entry way, your eyes take in the kitchen, with granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, stainl...ess appliances, double sinks, stand-alone ice maker and pantry closet. Comfortable bar stools for three along the spacious granite counter tops, compliment the dining room table which seats six, for those times the family wants to gather and share a meal. From the kitchen dining area the room opens up into a spacious living area with comfortable seating accommodations, including a queen size sleeper sofa, to relax while enjoying your favorite shows on the 40” Samsung Flat Screen or listening to tunes on the Yamaha stereo system with Home Tech surround sound. The main floor opens to a large open porch on the west side, which includes the Grill Master’s delight, a Uni-Flame quad burner gas grill, with separate side burner, for all your outdoor cooking needs. The porch is adjoined by a natural landscaped yard which joins one of the many walking paths that crisscross, connecting the neighborhoods of SeaCrest Beach North. Closing out the main floor is a large bedroom, with king beds, adjoining bath with walk-in shower, large closets and private access to the east side porch. This room is perfectly designed and located for the family’s early risers.

Leaving the main floor you climb the stairway to the second floor which hosts two spacious bedrooms with king bed, private baths with walk-in showers, each opening out to a private balcony. The east side bedroom includes a Jacuzzi tub, to compliment the walk-in shower and a large vanity with double sinks. The private balconies are perfect; for your morning coffee, a relaxing spot for a good book, or to end the day with a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail. This floor includes the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, too.

Climbing to the top we find, two twin beds with trundles, wet bar, mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, portable stereo, tv/dvd combo. From this vantage point, the west balcony offers views of the horizon including the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A most perfect spot to unwind and reflect on the day’s activities or to plan tomorrow’s!

Maison Flip Flop is ideally located; a short walk or tram ride to the: lagoon pool or a bit further walk or short tram ride to the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, shops and eateries of the Villages, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and their offerings flank each side, giving you unparalleled shopping and dining opportunities.
