Sunsplash is conveniently located right at the front of the Seacrest neighborhood, so it's close to the beach and the shops/restaurants in Rosemary and Alys and directly across from the 12,000 square foot pool (it's the first house on the right when you enter the neighborhood, but not directly on 30-A, so no street noise).
We just bought this beautiful house the summer before last and completely upgraded it with...

Seacrest is an ideal place for families and people of all ages. Swim and play in the 12,000 square foot resort pool, walk the cobble-stone streets, bike along scenic 30-A, enjoy the free concerts and outdoor movies, dine at casual and gourmet restaurants, and let the kids walk or bike to the ice cream parlor and candy store.
A 15 minute car ride East will take you to Pier Park. This indoor/outdoor mall boasts a magnificent new movie theater, great restaurants, fun shops and tons of activities for kids and families. Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach are approximately a 10-to-15 minute drive away. We were very impressed with the layout & location of the Sunplash home. We chose it for it's location (closer to the beach than some in the same area) & also close to the pool. We also needed a home with multiple bathrooms to accommodate adult children & clean up after beach time,etc. We liked how each bedroom/sleeping area still had some privacy & bathroom access.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the uncluttered layout. The furnishings are not elaborate and the home would be great for small children, but the upkeep of the home was very good. The kitchen was better stocked with essentials & beyond than the much more elaborate & expensive home my daughter rented in Rosemary.
The owners are wonderful to work with & excellent communicators. I highly recommend this home for your trip to 30a. We were very, very pleased.

This truly was a best time had by all. We traveled with friends and the house worked wonderful for our families. You couldn't have asked for a better location. It is across the street from the pool and a very short beautiful walk to the beach. The sand at the beach is not like the Jersey shore. You can walk on it without burning your feet, it was so nice and soft. Our kids spent hours swimming in the ocean, riding waves on their boogie boards, and "snorkeling" for fish. And honestly I don't think we ever vacationed anywhere that every restaurant had the best food. We have no complaints. Even with Hurricane Isaac interrupting our vacation, we still had the best time.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect sized house for our family with six children and extra space to boot. It was very close to the beach and extremely close to the pool. We felt comfortable with our kids riding their bikes at all times of the day and never once had any insecurity. The owners were very accommodating, and were always in contact - before, during and after the stay. There were no issues with the house at all while we were there. We will definitely stay again - and in fact have already booked for next year !

We rented a home in Seacrest this summer for a family vacation. Never been there before and never using Vrbo, we were not sure what to expect. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the home that we rented and the area. The home was perfect for our family. We had our small grandchildren with us and the location to the beach and the pool were excellent. There was plenty of room in the house and the owners were great to work with.

We had three families with children ranging in age from toddlers to teenagers sharing this house for a week long vacation. The layout of the home gave everyone some privacy but plenty of room to gather as a group. The house is beautiful and very clean. We felt right at home. The rooftop deck was a perfect place to hang out in the evenings. There is a tram that takes you to the beach but it is only a 3 minute walk. The tram came in handy for the times we were taking coolers and chairs to the beach. There is a spectacular pool directly across from the house and some grassy areas that our children enjoyed playing baseball games in. The owners were great to work with. We will definitely be back!

For the price, you couldn't ask for a better location. Everyone else in the development had to wait for the shuttle to the beach, we could walk because it was so close. And we were across the street from the enormous pool that our kids enjoyed daily. The top floor has views of the Gulf and the surrounding areas which was beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed being able to walk to all the great restaurants and shops next door at Rosemary Beach. We've been to the panhandle for vacations many times, and this was our favorite location by far.

Sunsplash beach house is located in the pefect spot in Seacrest! Just steps to the fabulous pool and a short walk to the Gulf make it perfect for family time or quiet sunsets. Situated along the bike path on scenic highway 30a, there are dozens of activities to choose from.
The owners are friendly and accomodating. The house itself is adorably decorated and easily handles a large group of adults and children.
Would definitely recommend Sunsplash to anyone looking for a great house in Seacrest!!! -

My family and I spent a week in early June vacationing at Sunsplash in Seacrest Beach. We could not have been any happier with the house and all of the amenities that go along with staying in Seacrest. The house was beautifully decorated with top notch linens and stylish new furniture. The kids loved the spacious bunk room and we all loved watching the sun set over the gulf on the roomy and relaxing rooftop deck. We will definitely go back to Sunsplash in the near future and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Seacrest.
