Beachcrest is a family-friendly condominium with a seasonally heated pool and gas grills for cook-outs. Bike or hike on the 19 mile long Scenic 30A Bike Path that runs right in front of BeachCrest. Unit 306 is located on the west-end of the 3rd floor. It has updated kitchen cabinets and countertops with tile floors throughout. The view was great. The unit was a little dated but clean. The biggest issue was the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was by far the most uncomfortable one I've ever slept on. It was so hard that sleeping on the floor may have been more comfortable. The only other issue we had was that the noise from the pool carried. There were several nights that it sounded like a party by the pool until the wee hours of the night. No staff is on site so there's no way to address it unless you want to do so yourself.

Terrific beach condo! Comfortable, clean with an ocean view. Property includes beachfront pool. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan to return to Beachcrest!

Condo offers a lovely view of the Gulf and has been well maintained. The location was within 10 minutes of Publix grocery, walking distance of a wonderful Italian restaurant (Angelina's), and the local Market Cafe (great place for a grouper sandwich or burger). For good seafood (baked or broiled), we drove to Seaside (approx. 10 minutes west on 30-A) and had a wonderful meal at Bud & Ally's restaurant which offered 3-5 p.m. early dinner dining for a great discount! We will definitely return to Beachcrest again!
