The unit was well equipped and had a nice layout. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We called about the Master BR slider not opening and the dining room blinds being broken, laying in a pile on the window sill, upon our arrival. Maintenance left a door hanger a couple of days later, but did not come in to fix, because we were not there. However, they did not leave any contact info or indicate what their policy was or whom to call, so those items were never fixed. Later the garbage disposal stopped working, but because of the previous issue, I decided not to pursue it. All blinds in the unit were cheap and difficult to operate properly.
These were minor inconveniences and did not greatly impact our stay. We would certainly consider returning another time. -

Excellent location just to relax and enjoy the great beach at Seagrove, FL. Southern Vacation Rentals are a great to company to deal with for your vacation plans.
We have already reserved the same condo for October of this year. -

the condo was very large and had plenty of space for each person to have quite time. the condo was also equipped with everything needed to cook. the walk to the beach was short and very well landscaped. the views were nice.
