From the balcony both sunrise and sunset can be seen in all of its beauty. Even the master bedroom offers a glorious view of the beautiful shoreline.

Impeccably decorated, the furnishings welcome you to relax and enjoy y...our time at the beach. Enjoy a game of tennis at the lighted tennis court on the property. Rent a bike and ride the 18 miles of walkways that stretch from one end of 30-A to the other. Stop along the way and enjoy the coastal lakes so unique to this area and 1 of only 5 places in the world that they exist. Kyak rental is available close by to experience either the shore or coastal lakes at a leisurely pace.

The exercise room is conveniently placed on the main floor with large glass wall. From there you can enjoy the beautiful emerald shore while getting in your daily work out for those motivated and disciplined to do so.

  I must say I was apprehensive to book everything online. I did speak to a representative both over the phone and via email. You do not actually have to go to an office to check in/out. My apprehension however was unfounded and our experience with this company was outstanding!! The only complaint I have is that the check in time was a little later than I would have liked.
  
  Getting your luggage to your room was a major undertaking because many of the cleaning crews had very large carts parked in the hallway and they were not very willing to move them. I don’t believe these particular cleaning crews belonged to this rental agency, but it was annoying all the same.
  
  The condo was beautiful. The master bathroom was awesome. The beds were very firm!! I do not like a firm bed so this was uncomfortable to me. The bedrooms are a little small but you are there for the beach. Living area was roomy. The kitchen was a little cramped with two adults standing in it. There was not a pot holder to get anything out of the toaster or oven with, but we improvised. The pool was small for this size of a complex, but it did not seem to be overcrowded when we would go down to use it. There is a stackable washer/dryer combo, not a full size. The view from our balcony was beautiful.
  
  Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again.
