We are very close to famous Seaside and Destin. We are south of 30-a. You can walk or bike to great restaurants, a local seafood market and shopping. There are several public golf courses close by. Our neighborhood is quiet. The beach is beautiful! There are no highrises near us. We are close to the new Northwest Florida International Airport, the Okaloosa Airport, and the Panama City Beach Airport.
There is parking for one car.

The condo is in a great location. There is so much to do around the condo. Of course there is that wonderful view from the condo and getting up every morning and going walking on the beach.
Even enjoyed cooking a couple of meals while relaxing and enjoying the view.

Anna was wonderful to deal with. Extremely organized. The condo was very attractive, well supplied and in a great location. It was so foggy the day we got there that we could just see the surf and fishermen from the balcony...it was so beautiful that way...and also in the clear light of the sunny days. My mother (age 94 ) was so happy to have a tub available. My only suggestion would be grab bars for the bathtub. Everything else was perfect.

I stayed there for three days. Being able to watch the shore change throughout the entire day from the nicely positioned porch or living room was incredible. The weather was so great, warm and not too windy and the beach is almost deserted in mid-winter... like I had it (almost) completely to myself.
The kitchen is quite serviceable and the new bathroom rocks! Super comfy bed, but with the incredible morning view from the sleep sofa, that's where I slept. If you like waking up with the sky, sand and ocean right there in front of you, this is a great place to have it all.
