Heavenly Sunshine was a fantastic place for us to say. The home was clean and roomy and included all the amenities we needed for a great vacation. We rode the bikes provided and used one of the beach chairs in the well-stocked supply closet. The walk to the beach was short and the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Betzaida was very easy to contact and work with. We will definitely be back!

The house and location provided a very comfortable stay for our week vacation. The home fit 8 of us comfortably and had everything we needed. I was initially concerned about the daily walk to the beach, but it wasn't bad at all, even toting a canopy, cooler, bags, etc. Once we discovered you could unload next to One Seagrove Place and park by the pool in our neighborhood, it was a breeze.

This was our first stay at Heavenly Sunshine, and it was just that-- heavenly!! The house was beautiful, sunny, and bright. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The beach is just a short walk and the pools are fabulous! We had a wonderful time using the bikes to ride around Seaside and Watercolor. Heavenly Sunshine is definitely heavenly!!

What a fantastic rental Heavenly Sunshine is! - roomy, clean, bright, happy, loved and filled with your basic necessities ~ location location location! We really enjoyed Spring Break 2011. We traveled 3 adults and 3 children ages 7 - 10. This being two families. With the design of the house we were able to have private p.m. sections. Nice pocket doors separate families for privacy. Plenty to do and love the bikes on premise. Loved the big front porch for our nightly wind down! The sound of the Ocean waves, breeze and plenty of fresh air. Days for beaching, hiking and biking the State Park that backs up to this cute subdivision. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. See you next year!

Our family has stayed in this house three consecutive years. Obviously we are very pleased or we not continue coming back. We have stayed in other propoerties in Cassine for the past 10 + years and this is a great property.

What a nice and relaxing place. That's why we have come back and stayed here 3 times. We were impressed from day one. Only a short stroll to the beautiful white sandy beach and clear blue water. Every day we spend the day at the beach return for lunch go to the nice pool a few steps away and relax. There is also our daily bike ride along never ending bike paths to near by state park areas. Oh yes, and the bike ride to the nearby seafood market to pick up some fresh seafood to cook up for dinner. The home looks like new every time we stay there and it's maintained sparkly clean. Our kids just love the bunk beds. Sea Grove Beach is awesome and Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can enjoy free nightly family entertainment at the amphitheater. We love this place and are planning to return this summer

Our family has stayed in Heavenly Sunshine for 4 family vacations and we love the area and home! It is great for our family, we ride bikes to SeaSide, play in the neighborhood pool, walk the nature trails, and love the beach! We will never stay in a hotel again and will always stay at Heavenly Sunshine when we visit SeaGrove!
