One of many trips to the Seagrove Beach area. We love the beach and the layed back atmosphere. First time in May,weather was nice.
We have stayed at the Bungalow complex on many occations. In fact,in addition to our recent trip we stayed at Bungalow 113 in July of 2010.
The unit is what was expected but is need of some heavy cleaning and painting.
Unit sits adjacent to a small pond which attracts many frogs.
It did not bother me but several of my guests did not like the frogs singing at night or having to shoo them from the front door to gain access in the eveningResponse from Southern Vacation Rentals - 06/09/2013

This was out first time using Southern Vacation Rentals but it won't be the last. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and so friendly. The home speaks for itself. I can only hope the owners enjoy it half as much as we did. The area is very low key and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. We were also very pleasantly surprised with our bikes and backpack style chairs and umbrella that came with our unit from RentGearHere. Thank you so much Southern Vacation Rentals for everything. The house was filthy, which is quite perplexing given that a cleaning fee is included in the rental rate. From the moment we walked in it was evident that the house was not cleaned prior to our stay unfortunately; from the filthy floors, noticeable cobb webs in the corners of almost every room, the visibly dirty and sticky to the touch appliances in addition to the visible white pet hair we discovered upon turning back the Master Bedroom comforter.
We typically rent another unit within the community (unfortnately for us that weekend it was already rented)that is managed by the owner and the home is always immaculate upon our arrival, which proves that an actual management company does not guarantee better service.

Although we are happy that you chose Southern Vacation Rentals, we are very unhappy to hear that you felt the cleanliness of the property was not up to standard. All of our properties are cleaned and then inspected, prior to being turned over to the the guest and as that property is pet free, I am perplexed as to the pet hair that was discovered. I checked on the work orders and in the notes for the reservation and did not find that any complaints or concerns had been issued during your stay, which further saddens me, as we would have certainly appreciated the opportunity to satify your needs. We can only hope that you will give Southern Vacation Rentals another chance in the future and hope that you able to glean some joy from the rest of your vacation.

The bungalow was great, clean, and had all necessary items we needed. It was a very nice place to stay. It was farther than was mentioned when we booked and the light was out at the front door so we couldn't see to punch in the code because it was dark. Had to use our cell phones to see. Other than that it was nice. Great places to eat within walking distance. The only suggestion I would have is to have more lighting espcially for late check ins, and warn people that there is no parking near home.

The bungalow was exactly as pictured.The kitchen was well appointed and the pool was outstanding. Beach access was close enough for our 7&9 year old boys to easily walk. We will be back I am certain!

We rented this cosy house in early may. Sea grove beach was incredible and the location of the house was perfect. The house was clean and well stocked, with a fabulous pool in the complex. The only issues we had were that the main tv didn't work, but it was replaced in a few day (which is long for a week stay but it worked out) and the house is far back on the property. It is pretty inconvenient to not be able to drive up to the unit directly to unload, you have to carry everything in thought the complex. However, it wouldn't deter us from staying in this house again. The house is small, perfect for a small family but it would feel cramped with even two couples. The best thing about this rental was the unbelivable price and ease of rental, would use this company again in a minute and hopefully again the fall!

Really enjoyed our time at the Bungalow! Plenty of room, nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great pool and close enough to the beach access too. Loved hearing the frogs in the pond right behind us. Seagrove is our favorite beach- beautiful and convenient to stores and restaurants. Loved not having to pick up a key also. We'll definitely return soon.

This is our third different bungalow we have stayed in, and is by far, our favorite. It is nestled in the back of the complex with a sort of a side yard, that our children enjoyed playing in. The bungalow was beautifully decorated and our kids loved the hula girl lamp! Overall, it was a great place to stay!
