  My family and I just returned from the most wonderful vacation at Brown Your Buns. Wow, what a place! The pics here are great, but they do not even do this home justice. It's even better in person. Everything is very clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen is especially great (and my family loves to cook--and eat!)--again, even better than the pics portray.
  
  Our family consisted of 13 adults, 7 children and three dogs. When booking, we didn't intend to have quite so many adults but we made it work. There are three master bedrooms, plus the living room has a sleeper sofa and there is a "nook" on the second floor which has a bunk bed but the bottom bunk is a double bed and there is a bathroom right off of it, so it's kind of like its own "room" minus a door. The kids' room on the third floor was like a dream come true for them--a room full of bunk beds with an air hockey table in the middle.
  
  There are many things I love about this house, amongst them:
  
  - Pet-friendly! Our pets are part of our family, so it was nice to be able to bring them on vacation with us.
  - Spacious - this house is three floors plus multiple outside spaces, so even though we were a big group, it didn't feel like we were constantly on top of each other.
  - Excellent location. I absolutely love that this house was a bit off the beaten path. We were close to everything--beach, grocery store, ice-cream shop--but not in the thick of it all. It made for a super relaxing getaway.
  
  The house is nestled in the Greenway Park neighborhood which is to eventually consist of 54 homes, but I think there are only two or three currently. Brown Your Buns backs right up to the community pool, so it feels like its your own backyard pool. When we were there, I think there were only two times that we had to share the pool with others. There's also a nice gazebo adjacent to the pool, so while the kids swam in the evening, the adults could enjoy a glass of wine.
  
  The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. It really felt like we were staying in a well-cared for home; the kitchen had everything that we needed and overall the entire home was very well taken care of. In addition to being pet-friendly, it's handicap-accessible with a handicap-accessible bedroom/bathroom and an elevator.
  
  The one thing worth mentioning--which isn't directly related to the beach house--is to be prepared for the traffic in the area. We drove from Chicago to the house and the closer we got, the worse the traffic became. Typical beach traffic.
  
  I truly can't say enough about what a wonderful vacation my family had at Brown Your Buns. Highly recommend!
