Shutters by the Sea is one of the nicest and most sought after rental homes in Seagrove Beach. We are perfectly located, decorated, and maintained, and over half our guests make a reservation for next year as soon as they leave. Please check the availability calendar, and then give us a call. You will not find a better home for the price on 30-A. Below are a couple quotes I have received in emails from recent guests.

We are on the corner of 30-A and Andalusia. 100 yards from the beach walkover, and 6 tenths of a mile from Seaside. Shutters has a main 3+ bedroom main house with tower loft, and 1 bedroom guest house which is connected with a 2nd floor walkway.

You could not ask for a more pleasant place to stay with the family. Love the view from the top drinking your coffee in the morning. One of the cleanest houses we have had the pleasure to stay at in Seagrove and we have been coming for 10 years. The family we rented from were most helpful. Go to their website and it will answer and give advice to any questions you might have to ask.

Shutters by the Sea was the perfect place for our family gathering. So comfortable, spacious, airy and well-appointed! We loved watching the sunset each night at the walkover on the beach (1 min away), having breakfast up on the rooftop deck, lounging by the pool and having plenty of private spaces/family rooms. (Teens loved watching Dvds on their own in the detached studio apartment.) With the shops and amenities of Seaside within walking/biking distance and the amazing beach out in front, I can't imagine a more perfectly situated location.

We have rented nice places ranging from Maui to Beaver Creek to Paris for our family vacations. Shutters by the Sea, though, is by far our favorite place to stay, enjoy the stunning beach, bike/walk to Seaside and relax. We have stayed at Sbts several times. I just booked again and can't wait to return!
What a cheery and inviting house to stay in! It was perfect for our needs as a family of 8. From the easy going mornings where we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch swing or a pleasant walk on the beach up to Modica Market in Seaside for a cuppa joe (with a splash of sweet, laid back southern charm tossed in!) to the late mornings and afternoons on the beach we loved it all. Shutters' pool is the perfect respite from the heat of a "beach day" and warm waters of the Gulf. Over the years of repeat bookings, we have come to know and enjoy the genuine hospitality of the Mason Family. Their painstaking care and upkeep of this lovely home is evident throughout.
One of our favorite things to do is to bring our bikes (or rent them) so we can ride the streets of Seaside and Watercolor and enjoy the interesting architectural styles of the homes there, do a little bit of shopping, catch a concert on the green or get a cone of shave ice. Publix is close by as well as many great restaurants. Sunset watching is wonderful from Shutters' Tower Room with the convenient wet bar!
This is truly a special home in a superb location for "the way we vacation". It's always great (and a relief) when you find a special place to spend your vacation...you'll just know it from the moment you turn the key at Shutters and walk in the door.
