Right out your front door you can find your way onto the scenic 17-mile bike trail or only 50 yards to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach Daze is a simple beach house. Nice view from front porch and stocked fairly well. The sofa bed was broken and not able to be used, but that was okay, as we didn't need it. The carpets were stained and the furnishings are dated. It as fine for a short term rental, but I would not rent for more than a couple days.

We arrived an hour early. So when we got to the property it was too early to go in, my husband and I look at it and I said this is where we are gonna be? Unbelievable!!! Everything was clean easy access to the beach right across the street. Who would have thought a little girl from Rougon, Louisiana would grow up and spend a vacation in a place like that. A thousand thank yous. We brought my nephew and my husbands grandson, they are both 4 years old they had a wonderful time. Very much looking forward to the next time.

Although it was an extended weekend get-away, we and a host of friends enjoyed our stay. Definately coming back... two thumbs up! Fair warning though... do not walk around the house bare footed!!! There are little critters called "sand spurs" and they hurt like the dickins when you step on one. It is a weed common to this area and if you step on them, they will travel with you until you get inside on the carpet. Its there that sand spur will get caught in the carpet and won't pop up again until you step on it!!! I know, I know... the beach is across the street and kids love to run around barefooted... but heed my warning and our beaches!!!

we rented beach daze for a family reunion. This house has an open living room, dining room and kitchen. This is a prefect setup for lots of family members enjoying one another. I would totally use Dale Peterson's vacation rentals again. They were more than helpful!
I would stay here again, again and again. -

Quick and easy check in (fingerpad) The house was spacious and has a good flow. The porch was great and the beach was just across the road. The kitchen has everything you will need. It could use some updates but it doesnt take away from the overall experience.

We actually had reserved a different condo rental in a building which was being upgraded when we arrived. We were offered this home as a replacement and it turned out to be a nice alternative. It did not have a swimming pool which was a bit of a disappointment, but the beach access is across the highway. All things considered we enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located in an area near Seaside and Rosemary Beach with a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. There is a nice golf course nearby.

i can't describe how nice our stay was.the house was incredible ,,even bigger in person than from pictures.the house was stocked with everything in the kitchen you will need,,just bring your food & drinks.the location is perfect ,,2 minute walk to the beach(which was amazing), 7 minute drive to the grocery store.amazing view of the gulf from front porch.we definately plan on going back. only complaint ,,,wish i had newspaper delivered to house everyday...lol.we truly had an amazing vacation ,,the house made it easy to relax..the big porch was nice to sit out & enjoy the gulf breeze..would recommend to anyone,,,just not the week we'll be coming back..might not wait till next spring!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids had room to play, and the adults had room to relax. This was the first time that no one was ready to leave when it was time to go home. Even our daughter who "doesn't really care for the beach" had a wonderful time and wants to go back. Thanks!!!

I like Dale Peterson's rentals and have been happy in the past. This stay, the price was good, but we had aC problems from the beginning, and on to the next day. The first day we unpacked, went to beach and got back to a hot place! repaired, quit again the next day. got fixed again.. too far from Destin, and the place needs a good cleaning. I cannot say if we will use this rental agency again. Customer service was great, and they did get repair as soon as they could.

Teenagers would have liked to be closer to the action in either Seagrove or alys beach. This place is on the outskirts of both. Couldnt walk barefoot in the house because of sand spurs stuck in the carpet. Dirty silverwear in drawers. Price was right.

When we arrived it was over 95 degrees in the house. No one had cut the air conditioning on prior to our arrival. It took hours to cool the house...we had to leave and come back. After 4 hours it was still 89. The furniture and carpet was heavily stained but clean. The house was reasonably priced with a good location (access to beach across the street.) I would not rent the house again but will go with Dale E. Peterson again (we have several times).

The home was beautiful. The rental company was lacking. I rented the property about 1 week before going. The rental company was to send me a code so I could get into the house. I still had not received the code when I was pulling into the property. I called the 1-800 number and was given a code. The code worked but someone had locked the dead bolt on the door and I could not get in. After many calls to the rental co. they said they were sending someone out with a key to unlock the door. I waited almost 2 hours before I was able to get into the property.
Once inside, the home was very nice. We had a wonderful stay. The home was furnished nicely and was very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice getaway.
Just call before you go to make sure the dead bolt is unlocked.... -

This was the first time we had stayed at the "Beach Daze". It is beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. The beach was across the street, a short walk to the public assess walkway, and down several flights of stairs. We had two children under the age of 7 years with us and had no problem navigating the street or stairs.
Having the parking under the house kept the car cool.
We were a short driving distance to Panama City Beach and to Destin.
There was a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, not a king as the description states. When we arrived, we did have to deal with a lot of sandspurs in the carpet and throw rugs. This was brought to the attention of the manager and I'm sure the cleaning team will be vigilant about this from now on.
We would definitely rent this beach house again. -

Perfect for this group of ladies celebrating a birthday. We lived on the front porch which looked out on the traffic below but also the sunset and beach. It was as though we were in someone's home. Very well stocked and decorated...good Television reception...great beach access. Only draw back was that we were in between any shopping or activities....but we just drove to were we wanted to go rather than walk. Would rent again. Thank you to the owners.
