Just as a guest has stated ''Everything you need this house has it including comfort and on 30A where you want to be!'' Holzworth House has two living spaces: Second floor features king master suite (bathroom updated Spring 2011). Guest bedroom has 2 double beds. Third floor is an open studio room with a queen bed, kitchen and living area. Enjoy your morning coffee or observe a magenta sunset on one of the two south facing porches. * High speed internet access. * Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer season.* Parking for 4 cars.* Sorry, no pets allowed.

From the moment we drove up to the house we were pleased. Everything you need this house has it including comfort. It's located ON 30a and believe me this is where you want to be! The riding/walking path is just across the street that takes you all along the scenic route of 30a. Make sure and bring your computer so you can stay abreast of everything happening along route 30a which includes Seaside and Rosemary's beach. Make sure you visit Watercolor and Ally's beach as well. Speaking of the beach all you do is cross the street and the path to the beach is to your left. This beach is so beautiful and not heavily populated like most beaches. Go upstairs to the loft deck an enjoy the most amazing sunsets. There is an outside shower on the back side of the house to keep that pesky sand out along with a cloths line to hang your suits and towels. The only draw back is the main kitchen which is really tiny. However, the oven and stove are large and more than ample to cook for large groups. The oven is a convection oven and the microwave is very nice as well.
Enjoy the Holzworth House, We Did!!! And we'll be back!
P.S. If your there during the busy season. Check out early or wait and leave later. It took 2 hours longer to go home because we sat in traffic with everyone else in town that left between 10 and 10:30. -

This was our second stay at the Holzworth House and it was like coming home. It has everything you need for a family vacation. My husband and I make an attempt to travel to Seaside/Seagrove Beach once a year. The area is unlike any place we've been.It is so relaxing. My brother, his wife and two girls travel with us.The Holzworth House set up is perfect for two families.The top floor is like a studio apt. with it's own kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and a wonderful balcony. We loved sitting out on the top balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Downstairs was very large with king room and it's own bathroom. My nieces had their own room with two double beds. The house was very clean each time we were there. You pretty much keep the house up after you get there and I like that. No housekeeping barging in during the day. We all pitched in each day to keep the house in order like at home. If we needed anything, which we usually didn't, it was just a call away. Everyone at Garrett were very hospitable and accomodating. Nights were relaxing. We would cook out at night, sitting on the balcony afterwards to listen to the water crashing on the beach. We were just yards from the beach and my nieces loved it! We would walk over each day after they set up our umbrella and chairs. The beaches are absolutely beautiful! All the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We love going down to Seaside on our last night, which is usually a friday night where we watch a movie outside. What a treat! There are bike trails everywhere too. Even though Destin and Panama City were close we usually preferred just "staying at the house". It was like home. I would recommend it to anyone. We will be going back and I am sure we will be staying at the Holzworth House. You just can't beat the rental rates either. They are very affordable.
