This is a cozy (700sq ft), remodeled and up-to-date, single level one bedroom duplex, one bath, just steps to the pristine sand of Seal Beach-a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Completely remodeled, fully equipped and charming with microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated! Includes two-car covered garage with washer and dryer (laundry facilities are shared). There is a King bed in the bedroom, a trundle bed and a double size sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 6).

Absolutely loved it! Only issue was no aC - it was unusually hot that week. I'm sure it's usually not an issue that close to the beach. We'd definitely go back.

The past 3 summers we've stayed in this home as our summer get away from the desert heat. The home looks just as pictured. It is clean and well kept. The location is perfect! So close to the beach - perfect with kids! We walk and ride bikes everywhere we go! The Beck's are wonderful - provide so much to make your stay wonderful.

The house was in a great location. We could walk each day to the beach, pier and Main Street Seal Beach full of shops and places to eat. The first day the refrigerator stopped working and Nancy immediately brought us a small refrigerator while we waited for a repairman. The repairman came out quickly and fixed the problem. Nancy was very quick and attentive to our issue. She was so good that it wasn't even an issue. Thanks. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The pics and the description on vrbo.com were perfect. The beach house could not have been nicer. Very romantic, but would work for a family as well. Owner was excellent to work with. Even had fresh flowers, wine, fruit, and snacks for our arrival. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Quaint, but not rustic at all. And for a bonus . . . our neighbor on the beach several days during our stay was Jamie Lee Curtis!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is perfectly located with restaurants and shops only two blocks away and steps from the beach. The condo itself is nicely appointed and had all the ameneties we needed.
