Come here to refuel with family and friends on an incredible property that is Captain's Quarters. Years of love and attention to detail have come to fruition recently with this new listing. Walk in to the main entrance and in the hallway is a full bathrooom on your right. Inside are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed, ocean views, deck-access sliding glass doors and a private bathroom with tub and shower. And two bedrooms each w...ith twins. One twin bedroom also has incredible ocean views with sliding glass doors to the deck. In the kitchen are all appliances, newly fashioned amenities for total comfort. Fully wi-fi everywhere and plenty of large screen TVs for the entire crew to have a time out, as needed. In the lower level is a very large den with many comfy chairs and room to chill and play games or watch a movie. Also on this level is washer and dryer. Gas Grill at the home.

Back upstairs, a perfectly tailored open living room and dining room seamlessly enhance the relaxation and entertaining options. Eat outside, eat inside. The home accommodates 6 people but no pets at all.

For an additional fee, Captain's Quarters offers overflow to larger parties with its apartment living cottage, on an ideal ocean view perch upstairs over the garage. (Photos of this space will be available in mid-June.) Here, a fully separate and simple living space makes it possible for more of your crew to live together. Two bedrooms, one with twins and one with a single bed and a pull-out double bed sofa in the living room grace this ocean-view get-away. A galley kitchen and a bathroom with a shower complete the apartment. Feel free to use the wood stove if it gets chilly some night.

Captain's Quarters sports beautiful landscaping, a deck on the lawn with a small marshmallow-roasting grill, a lush lawn for soccer, baseball, frisbees, cartwheels, and all lawn games, plus the incredible private pebbly beach, to name just a few of the additional gifts to be enjoyed here. Foosball, air hockey, basketball hoop, are all provided. YOU make sure to bring your own water shoes or flip flops and your own kayaks. Next to the house is a brook that babbles down to the ocean and lots of shoreline to explore. Plan on more than one week to fully get acclimated to this perfection for your holiday!

With the apartment, Captain's Quarters can accommodate from six to ten people.
