My partners and I are thrilled to offer a second vacation home choice to new and returning guests, starting in February 2013. An extensive remodel and addition makes it perfect for groups and weddings, with approximately 4800 square feet of space. It sits on one acre, with 180 feet of frontage right on the Pacific Ocean. You will NOT find better beach access - your own PRIVATE concrete steps, right down to the sand! (It will take you about 20 seconds to go to the beach.) Watch your kids play in the sand from the home or patio.
