We enjoyed this condo. Everything was clean and staff as always, very friendly. The view of the ocean beach was distracted some by the growth of the sand grass directly in front of condos as this unit is on level one. Wish the Seaside beach crew would cut it down!

We had a fabulous time, loved the place. And the big pic of the two labs on the wall :) a bit expensive... But the girl who helped me was amazing, accommodating & helpful!!! Suprised there wasn't a hot tub in the place though?? Over all I would definately come back!! My two Great Danes were very comfy, and loved it too!!!

My husband and I and our two kids and two dogs stayed in condo 104 for a long weekend. We loved it! It is very nicely furnished and clean. The master bedroom has a beautiful bathroom and comfy bed.
The condo is located in the middle of the building and is close to the elevators. The only two drawbacks I found, were that, the ice machine is right outside the bedroom, so you can hear the noise from that. And the sliding doors go onto an enclosed deck, rather then having access to the grass, which would have been nice since we had the dogs. -

We have stayed at the Sand and Sea for several years and have always been satisfied with the view, the location and the staff. However some of the condo owners are not willing to put money back into their units; thus some of the units are a little dated. Unit 104 and unit 100 both fall into this category. The furnishings in both of these units look like something out of the 60's. It is to bad these two owners won't spend a little money to upgrade their units.
They have one of the best locations in town and a Great Management Team. In the future we will ask not to be put in either unit 104 or unit 100. -

We spent a night in Seaside during Spring Break 2010 and stayed at the Sand & Sea. This was our first time to stay here and the 1st time in several years to stay in Seaside again. We really appreciated the ability to bring our dog (who loves the beach, is house trained and overall a well-behaved dog) with us even for just the night. The location is perfect being right on the beach and a few blocks from downtown/main street which is key when you have kids (which we brought 2). The condo itself was well laid out and comfortable for our stay. We loved having the kitchen option also. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. This was a joint trip and we had friends staying in another condo in the same place so was extremely convenient for planning activities and playing on the beach together. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Staying at the Sand and Sea was so comfortable and nice, the room was large and accomidating for our whole family. We had a great time. Planning on telling all family and friends about this great oasis.
