Each bedroom has a queen bed. With two rollaway beds upon request in the living room, there is room for six. This condo has a washer and dryer. No pets are allowed in this condo.

Our family always enjoys staying at the Sand and Sea. The beds could definitely be a bit more comfortable, but having a kitchen to cook meals in, the location of the beach, prom, and boardwalk makes it a perfect place to stay. The Pros always outway the Cons at the Sand and Sea.

friendly guest service, poor house cleaning and maintanance, wall paper coming off and for the price should be remodeling the place for $300.00 a night that we stayed

We really enjoyed ourselves in Seaside. The condo we rented was very convieniently located and priced right. The Grandson loved the pool. The condo was well equipped with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thanks you much. We will be back.

The room was great, it was so spacious and had everything we needed. My kids loved the swimming pool and enjoyed being so close to everything. We had a wonderful time there.

We really enjoy staying at Sand & Sea. We come here at least twice a year. The units are clean and having a kitchen and laundry is so helpful for a family with children. We always enjoy the pool too.
Being one block from the Prom but right on the beach makes for quick access to fun!! -

We had a great trip to Seaside with relatives. We stayed in several different places as a group. Yours was the biggest and very comfortable. Needs some updating Please. It would be the best hotel in Seaside with some updating. We loved the larges rooms great space for large family groups. Our worldmark rooms were much more pleasant and has a great pool but the sizes of your rooms are as big as the penthouse suits at WorldMark.

this time I came with my kids and we all enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool. we will be staying again! -

We had a great time at this complex we had two rooms one was a bit dated the other very whimsical,great condos,well equipped,close to the beach and shopping,affordable too. The staff was quick to provide us with a rollaway bed, Pool is small but well kept. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a nice place to call home,be it for a weekend or a month.

We had a wonderful time at the Sand and Sea. The rooms were clean and it was great having a full kitchen. It's is only 2 blocks (if even that) from the darling town of Seaside. Our kids walked back and forth all day to the bumper cars and the arcade. This room had a partial view of the ocean but the price was great and it worked well for our family. We would defiantly go back there!
