This one-bedroom, partial-ocean view condo is on the first floor, one floor above street level. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV while preparing dinner in your own fully–equipped kitchen. With a queen bed in the bedroom and up to two rollaways in the living room upon request, up to four people can comfortably be accommodated. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Pets are allowed in this condo.

we have stayed at the sand and sea twice and both times were great experiences. last weekend we wanted to go to the beach for a single night. we called our new favorite place to stay in seaside and they gave us a great deal for a single night. The room was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our impromptu visit.

We stayed midweek for a few days to have some quiet, peaceful, and relaxing time with our family. I love this place, and have for the past 20+ years. It is a wonderful place to stay with young children. It is really nice to be able to put our son down for a nap and if we don't feel like napping, we can lounge in the living room or on the balcony. There's also the washer and dryer, which was used even though we were there for only three days!
The only snafu we had during our stay is that one of the smoke detectors kept beeping (low battery, we assumed). We had alerted the front desk about it but they didn't send anyone up to get it replaced/fixed until after we checked out our final day. We ended up taking the battery out - we didn't really want to do so, but we had no other choice.
Although all the rooms are a bit dated, we will continue coming here for another 20+ years since all the amenities more than make up for the '70s style. :-)Response from Sand & Sea - 08/11/2012

I stayed in Sand and Sea room 116 I was very impressed at what you get for the price that we paid. The room was both clean and spacious including a gas fireplace with a remote which as a man I loved especially with its close proximity to a large flat screen around Ncaa tournament time.The Condo felt very comfortable and like you were at home which you can't get with a hotel room. There was a very good sized kitchen we were able to make dinner in instead of going out which also is more relaxing and saved money. The condo is just a short walk away from anywhere you would like to be in Seaside without the pain of having to go find parking.

It's a great location that close to restaurants and shops.
It's also a great view for people watching. It's large and very roomy. Great kitchen. We had a great time. -
