Family time
Portland, ORWonderful
Left on 08/29/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The service was great as usual. Our room was ready early so we checked in around 2:00pm. I love the feel on being at home at the Beach. It never has that Hotel feeling. The kids always love it because it is so much to do. The arcade, bumper cars, and Elephant Ears are right around the corner. And the Beach is right there!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very homey with all the things you would need to cook, entertain, or just get away without any inconvenience. We will probably be back again and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. If you find the living
room chairs too soft take the breadboard out of the kitchen and put
it under the cushion -

Beaverton, OregonWe always love staying at Sand and Sea!
Left on 06/08/2011 for a stay in May 2011
We were lucky enough to get accommodations on a short notice.Which made use very happy. We always have family and teenagers. A TV in every room is a plus for us. We always need two couches and a couple of chairs (although only had one chair). We do not mind the side view. Unfortunately, this time you are in the middle of renovating and we could not see the beach at all. Still we were so happy to be at the beach, we did not mind. Looking forward to another stay.

Super place to stay and visit the ocean and good dining. Cannot beat the local Clam chowder and Marionberry cobbler. Enough said.

We love coming to the Sand and Sea at Seaside! The accomodations work so well for my family. Having a kitchen saves money by not dining out as much and having the pool provides hours of fun for my family. Being right on the Prom just one block from Broadway ensures that we're within walking distace to our favorite activities. I highly recommend this clean, affordable getaway spot.

Left on 03/31/2011 for a stay in March 2011
I booked the place online and then on my way down was second guessing myself because we got such a good deal on it. So I thought it would be a run down motel and a bunch of other bad stuff... But I was thankfully wrong!! Great hotel, great staff, Great room. The children loved all the games they had stocked in the room, I loved all the space and it was stocked with everything you need, the husband loved the big tv's and we loved that it was right on the beach! I have already told everyone I know to stay here when they go to seaside!

The room was very nice, it had all the right items we needed to make it feel like home. The bed in the master room was somewhat uncomfortable. But to each his own!

Left on 10/29/2010 for a stay in October 2010
This was our 5th year staying at Sand and Sea in October. Somehow we have always managed to land on the weekend with beautiful weather. Seaside in the sunshine is so hard to beat. We love 116 - the new TVs are a great addition. The unit is clean and comfortable; perfect for our family of 5 (w/ 3 boys).

TacomaBest accomodations ever!
Left on 08/11/2010 for a stay in August 2010
Our vacation was so fun and relaxing and the major reason was because of the accomodations. There simply is no comparison to a hotel option. We won't stay anywhere else in Seaside (we come yearly).

What a great place to stay! We were in town for a tournament, and Sand and Sea is so close and convenient, the kids were able to walk! It was roomy too, so when choice of TV program, or reading / napping, etc didn't conform to everyone's wishes, it was ok because there was somewhere else to go. Loved having the kitchen as well!
Thank you!Response from Sand & Sea - 02/18/2010
