The views from this one-bedroom, second-floor oceanfront condo are breathtaking. Up to two well-behaved dogs are most welcome in this home. With twin beds in the bedroom and to two rollaway beds upon request in the living room, this is the ideal condo for a beach getaway for a group of friends. After a day playing on the beach, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. There is not a washer and dryer in this condo.

  This is the way to go...a beautiful oceanfront condo! The leather sofa/chairs are very comfortable, the flat screen tv is awesome, the huge dining room table and four bar stools accommodate plenty of company, there is a very comfortable queen sized bed and private bath in the master...as well as two twin beds in the second bedroom.
  There is also a second bath in the hallway, the kitchen is fully furnished, a roll-a-way bed can be brought in if needed, and the mirrored walls make it possible to see the beach and the ocean no matter where you are sitting. The living room carpet has been removed and parquet flooring put in, so we were able to bring our doggie - yeah! The electric fireplace is a wonderful addition, the building in on The Promenade, so everything is within walking distance, and the private balcony has a table and four chairs. The only (slight) downers were the noisy heater (which woke us all up the first night, every time it would kick on - but we got used to it)...the noisy freezer (which works really great, though - and we also got used to it)...there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, so things get really steamy...and the pool closes at 10:00 p.m. (we wish it was open later because most nights that's about when we returned to the condo and would have liked a swim. (This must be true for most people, as there was hardly anyone ever in the pool - we only saw two kids in it on one day of our trip.) We did not use the maid service at all during our stay, so we can't comment on that, but the front office staff (especially Mary and ashley) were amiable, efficient, and accommodating! There is some extensive window replacement work going on, so we didn't have any view to the left of our unit (because there is scaffolding and tarp around a lot of the oceanfront part of the building) but that work is due for completion by the fourth of July. All in all...We loved our stay and our unit and we can't wait to return!

  We loved the unit and we would ask for it again. Very clean, restful, and everything we needed was there. The office staff was very helpful. We didn't use housekeeping, so I can't comment on that.
  
  What we liked best was the view, of course, and the nearness to town.
  
  Two things I would suggest - the lighting for trying to read was not very good. We ended up taking the lampshades off in the living room and had to have all the lites on in the kitchen area.
  
  Second -- the light from the outside stair well area into the room with twin beds was very bright at night -- how about some room darkening curtains like in motels. We ended up trying to hang towels, to block the light.
