Come enjoy the beautiful beach from this one-bedroom, one-bath ocean-front wall of glass. This condo is on the fourth floor and includes your own private balcony. There are twin beds in the bedroom with a rollaway bed in the closet. The fully equipped, full size kitchen includes an ice maker in the fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Queen and double sofa beds and a TV/DVD/VCR for family entertainment surround the gas fireplace in the living room. Everything was outstanding about our visit. The weather was great. Seaside is a wonderful coastal town with lots of convenient amenities. Good restaurants and shopping. The staff at Sand & Sea were a pleasure. The condo was clean and tidy with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The housekeeping lady kept everything perfect. Mary and the office staff were extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Additionally, the location is within easy walking distance of everything important.

I loved the room! It was a lovely stay, however, the evening woman at the front desk was very rude to me. I accidentally locked myself out and she was not happy about that, but then when I came to her to see if she had another wine opener because the one on the room was broken, she was very rude to me in her face expression and they way she expressed her words while she tole me the last time she looked, there were no other wine openers. I did mention it to the morning staff and they were very nice about it and even offered for me to have a late checkout. I really enjoyed my stay there over all.
I will be back to stay again!
