Enjoy inspiring views of the mountains, ocean, and Tilimook Head from your private balcony in this one-bedroom, one-bath, partial-ocean view condo on the fourth floor. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and by adding up to two rollaway beds in the living room, this condo will accommodate four. Well-behaved dogs are welcome! There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

My family and I had a wonderful visit to Seaside. This was the first time coming in the spring. Weather was supposed to be rainy but turned out great - a little drizzle and overcast with sunshine in between. We still got to play on the beach, in the ocean and took a long walk on the beach. The room was so nice - bright and cheerful and very clean - loved the full kitchen and spacious layout. I loved having the DVD player for down time and the washer/dryer was great to have. The service was great too - the front office and the housekeeping service was so nice and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I went to Seaside for a last minute getaway, on Oct 6 during the off season. Not only was Sand and Sea very pet friendly the extra fee was reasonable ($25). Being the of season we only spent $129 on our stay, which was a surprise given the competing hotel and condos in the area. We had no idea what to expect when we arrived and when we entered our room I was happy. However after shampooing the carpets someone forgot to put the room back together, so I decided to call down to the office and check that we were in the correct room. I was surprised when they upgraded us instead. Our new room was even more amazing, it had a great decor, amazing side view of the ocean, and was very clean. The hotel was only steps from the beach and 2 blocks away from the downtown shops. We had an amazing time and will be planning a trip back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay.
Our rental was one bedroom, one bath...but somehow, we got blessed with another bedroom, and bath.
My children and I, really felt at home...wishing it was our own.

We took our 5 year old grandson for a beach get-a-way and the accommodations, location, and pool proved to be a huge hit. We were walking distance to all of the "fun" and we were very pleased with the entire experience. We would definitely return and recommend.

We had so much fun. Lovely place, very comfortable. We used many of the amenities provided, we cooked, we dined in, we reclined (in the twin leather recliners), we used the fireplace, we used the balcony overlooking the Pacific, we had popsicles in the freezer, we watched the big screen TV. Nice space. The hotel staff was fine. The location was a+++. On the promenade, on the beach. Can't do much better than that. It was only a mini holiday weekend getaway, I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!! :)

We had a soccer tournament and had several other families staying in other rooms. We checked everyone's out and everyone agreed that the one we rented was very out-dated and not as comfortable as theirs. I found it to be okay since we were in and out all weekend.

The location was wonderfully convenient to both the beach (right on the Seaside Promenade) and town. You could park and walk to either. The room was comfortable, clean and extremely well-appointed. Other than a couple of minor maintenance issues that needed attention, the suite and furnishings were in great shape. We loved being able to wake up in the morning, fix a leisurely breakfast and sit in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows watching the surf. It sure beat having to get up, dressed and ready to go out to breakfast in the morning. After a busy day of sightseeing, shopping or just playing on the beach - it was nice to come back and relax with a movie and fire in the fireplace. We really appreciated being able to bring our little dog as well. She loved being with us, and being able to vacation with us. We loved our stay!
