Enjoy inspiring views of the mountains, ocean, and Tillimook Head from your balcony in this two-bedroom, two-bath, partial-ocean view condo on the fourth floor. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. By requesting up to two rollaway beds for the living room, this condo will accommodate six. Well-behaved dogs are welcome! There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We recently stayed at the Sand & Sea Condominium which is a great condo right on the Prom. It's convenient to all the shops and of course, the Beach!! We stayed in Unit 412/3 which has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of extra dishes are provided, plus a dishwasher, washer/dryer, full sized stove/oven and microwave. Our granddaughters really enjoyed the indoor heated pool!! Towels are provided in the office.
Both Mary (the Manager) and Sarah at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Peter (Maintenance) was great in helping us set up the Tv's and Internet access.
You can obtain discount coupons from the Seaside Chamber of Commerce website to stay 2 nights for the price of 1 (off peak). Once you stay with them, they email you advance notice so you can book again the following year. Coupon books for local shops and the Outlet Mall are in the office.
Our unit was just renovated last year. Housekeeping does a great job of keeping the rooms clean.

This was the first stay for us in this unit... It was beautiful! we loved the calming blue paint. The beds were comfortable and it feels just like home. We loved our stay can't wait to go back soon!

This was one of two condo's we rent every year. Our daughter, 2 geanddaughters and my sister stayed in this condo they enjoy the heated floor and washer, dryer the most. Very clean and up to date condo. The service and the ladys at the check in desk couldn't be nicer. We also rent a condo facing the ocean. It to is very nice we rent the same one every year and it feels like we have come home. My 6yr old granddaughter ask me this year if we let other people use our condo. I chuckeled and said yes we do, her reply was, so do we. She thinks the condo's belong to us we have been comming all of her life. Looking forward to next year already.

The condos were ready when we got there, they were clean and well stocked with kitchen ware and towels. Check in was fast and unloading was easy. There was hardly a wait for the elevators. It was quiet and we generally had the pool to ourselves. It is the best location as is close to the main street and on the beach.

The room was great plenty of room for all the kids, and the washer and dryer was the best. With so many kids we can't go a day without a washer and dryer. The room was very clean, and anything we needed the hotel Personel got us. The kids always enjoy the pool it is nice an warm. It was our second time staying at sand and sea. We will be back again.

We had to wait for the receptionist for 20 minutes to check in. Otherwise stay was great. Rooms were clean and location of the unit was very good.

Sand & Sea offers a great stay at the coast for a good price. We travel to Seaside at least twice a year and Sand & Sea is our location of choice.

We loved having a full kitchen, even if the decor was very '70s. There was tons of space. Being able to leave our dog in the condo for short times was wonderful. Also there was a hose for cleaning paws and feet at the entrance to the complex.
Down side is the pool it is small and there is no hottub. -

The general setting of the condo was fabulous. The master suite was very large. It was very clean and although a side view the view was wonderful. The television in the living room is very outdated and shows a bad picture. Would have stayed one more day but we would not have been able to watch Super Bowl Sunday.

we come here every year for the St. Helens traveling basketball team. Usually with my older son (14) but this year I had both sons playing in the 5th and 8th grade tournaments. We stay here with several (10 or more) families from St. Helens. It's a big tournament!!
