Let the dazzling decor make you feel at ease while you enjoy a good meal prepared in your own kitchen, listen to music, watch TV, or bring your own DVD's/VHS and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. The bedroom has a queen bed and by adding two rollaway beds, this room will accommodate four. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. No pets are allowed in this condo.

I reserved this condo online, sight unseen. First impression of the building was a bit of a concern as it was undergoing some renovations and appears a bit tired at the back. As we had driven down from Victioria that day my wife gave me that look as to say this is it?? The young lady greeting us was very nice and got us checked in quickly. 518 changed our minds regarding the building. This is a nicely appointed condo that is very well taken care of. It has good views and great balcony to the sounds of the surf. Overall a very good surprise.

This condo complex has a great location, literally steps from the beach and only a block from the heart of downtown. It is an older complex that looks quite tired from the outside, but our particular unit had been updated with new flooring (combination of laminate, vinyl & carpet) and fixtures. It was clean, nicely furnished and well-kept. On-site management was friendly, readily available and helpful. Housekeeping services were provided daily. There was a good view of the ocean from the balcony, which was also nicely furnished. A couple of suggestions for improvement - 1) add wireless internet to the unit. There was a wired internet connection, but it was in an odd location that wasn't conducive to setting up a laptop computer and working for any length of time. 2) we did not get any network TV channels, which would have been nice even though we didn't spend a lot of time watching TV. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was real nice; had just been redecorated. Only thing that seemed a little dated was the master bedroom bed. It was uncomfortable.
