You will adore this elegant one-bedroom, one-bath, ocean-front Honeymoon Penthouse Suite located on the sixth floor. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The heated marble floors and the bright cheery colors make you feel like royalty. To make you feel even more pampered, the bedroom has a king bed and by the use of rollaway beds, this condo will accommodate four. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. No pets are allowed in this condo.

This was a great place to stay! The room was pretty big for the price. It could have used a little dusting. But overall was roomy, great view, and comfortable!

We booked online for 6 people. The couch had a sign on it 'do not Open'. The front desk knew about it prior to our arrival, didn't tell us and hesitantly asked if I wanted fold-away beds. The condo was dirty, no hand towels or washrags in the master bath. There were no blinds on the bedroom windows and a hall light shone through all night long. The room was damp and so was the bedding. The view was spectacular but the deck glass railing was so dirty we couldn't see. The staff seemed reluctant to help in any way. This is an older building, which is fine, but old doesn't have to be dirty, damp and unfriendly. The pool was nice for the kids.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sand & Sea. This is our second visit. Both rooms have been delightful, unique and clean...although we were not a fan of the leather sofa. Each year we vacation in Seaside a number of times. I think we have found a new "favorite" spot!

We have been spending time at the Sand and Sea since 1971 and love staying there. We love having a unit with a balcony on the ocean. The units are always clean and spacious and if the weather is too bad for beach time, we enjoy the pool. Lots to see and do for us and the kids in Seaside and we'll be back next summer God willing.

Not our first visit to The Sand & Sea. Our first visit was our 50th wedding anniversay with kids and grand-kids. Eleven total. This time, just the two of us.. This weather was a bit on the cool side, but the accomodations could not have been better.. We enjoy the ocean. I think our next trip will be during the winter. And we will be back at The Sand & Sea..
